In a recent battle thread I laid down so many scans I may as well start a respect thread for old Nathan Christopther Charles Dayspring Winters Soldier X Savior Askani'Son Summers. This is a work in progress so I'll be adding more as I go. Handbook EntriesOld EntryOld Entry 2Newer EntryNewer Entry 2Techno-OrganicsHere is a few scans to help explain his cybernetics and T-O virus. Scan 1Scan 2Scan 3Can override security locks easily. ScanHere you can see the metal itself is strong enough to deflect bullets. ScanPowersTelepathyMakes himself invisibleSearches the minds of everyone on Earth to find information about the Facade virus.Pulls the same trick to track down some bad guys in Frankfurt.TelekinesisBlows Deadpool's mindLifts his ship, 2Suffocates a room full of guardsExplains how he telekinetically froze a bullet from Deadpool's gun. (Which was pressed to the back of his head) Disassembles a wall.Blocks bullets, then throws Solo into the horizon.Holds Cyclops' Optic Blasts in check so he doesn't have to look through his visor.Detonates 247 missiles fired at him and sucks the explosion into the atmosphere, 2, 3Rearranges some scrap metal into two gigantic hands shaking.Shields himself telekinetically then disassembles some guns., 2Disintegrates a Rocket LauncherFightsCable and Deadpool vs Luke Cage and Iron FistA pretty quick scuffle between the two duos before they join forces. Scan 1Scan 2Cable vs War MachineIt might be an old suit for Rhodes but Nate doesn't back down for a second and has a great showing against War Machine. Scan 1Scan 2Scan 3Scan 4Cable vs KaneA really solid fight between two cybernetically enhanced fighters. Scan 1Scan 2Scan 3Scan 4Scan 5Scan 6Cable vs Young ApocalypseScan 1Scan 2Scan 3Scan 4Cable vs HulkScan 1Scan 2Scan 3Scan 4Cable vs Omega Red Round 1For this fight Cable starts off ungoing diagnostics with Moira MacTaggert. He begins the fight with all of his cybernetic parts powered down. He gets a bit slogged at the start, but considering he can only use own arm and is lugging 200lbs of metal around he turns it into a very impressive showing against Omega Red. Arkady has to use a plot device to put Nate down. Scan 1Scan 2Scan 3Scan 4Scan 5Scan 6Scan 7Scan 8Cable vs Omega Red Round 2This is quite a quick fight which shows them fairly evenly matched before Red is BFR'd by an Acolyte. Scan 1Scan 2Cable vs ColossusNate uses a mental suggestion to depower Colossus before knocking him out. Scan 1Scan 2Scan 3Cable vs Blob and PyroCable one shots Blob and Pyro both, one after the other in one page. Scan 1Cable vs WolverineHis fight against the mind-controlled Wolverine/Death Scan 1Scan 2Scan 3Scan 4Scan 5Scan 6Scan 7Quick scuffles they've had over the years Scan 1Scan 2Scan 3Cable (depowered) vs StryfeScan 1Scan 2Scan 3Scan 4Cable vs DeadpoolScan 1Scan 2Scan 3Scan 4Scan 5Scan 6Scan 7Scan 8Cable vs LightmasterEven against a guy moving at lightspeed, Nate has no problems. Scan 1Scan 2Scan 3Scan 4Scan 5Scan 6Scan 7Cable vs X-ManFirst fight is over pretty quick, Nate Grey goes nova with no clear winner. Scan 1Scan 2Scan 3Scan 4Scan 5Second fight is quite a bit longer and they slug it out with Cable managed to take the fight, though he is clearly taxed. A fantastic showing for Classic Cable who has far less access to his full power than Nate Grey. Scan 1Scan 2Scan 3Scan 4Scan 5Scan 6Scan 7Scan 8Scan 9Scan 10Scan 11Scan 12Scan 13Scan 14

Question: Why does Luke Cage call Cable " a mutant Jesus wannabe? "

Well, it's part of the Cable and Deadpool storyline. Cable reaches out to everyone in the world and tries to offer them something better. You'd have to read the comics for more info

I think you should add the Cable and Deadpool scans where he explains the Phalanx and its difference from the T-O virus. So in the Cable run, it was not the T-O virus taking over but the Phalanx fetus resuming its attempts to take control.
Also some feats where he had no powers only his simulated powers from the series would be cool as well.

Actually in Messiah War they completely ignored the Phalanx embryo. But I'll add the scans.

Actually in Messiah War they completely ignored the Phalanx embryo. But I'll add the scans. It was a plot hole I already know this but technically the fetus was doing the same thing as the T-O virus so really the error could have just been the writers called it the wrong thing.

No it wasn't. The Phalanx embryo had it's will obliterated by Cable's. It wasn't an act of telekinesis or telepathy. It was an act of willpower. Worse still, if Phalanx took over his body, he would have looked a lot different. That wasn't the case. The writers of Messiah War were under the impression he still had the T-O virus.

I read the stories. I KNOW what the writers were under the impression of. I am trying to give an in-continuity explanation of the fuck up. Having its underdeveloped mind eradicated does not matter. It could have been acting purely under instinct at a point when Cable was vulnerable.
