Does Snake Eyes know who Cap is and anything about him? Because I think if he knew who Cap was he would not fight to kill and not go full out like Cap usually does not go full out.

I'd put my money on Snake Eyes. Better fighter and the terrain is to his advantage since he has near batman level stealth along with enhanced attributes.

Honestly, I think a OAFA between these two should have a closer starting distance. Despite being visible, it's a fairly decent gap and gives Snake Eyes a number of direct stealth options. I think having them closer keeps things more balanced.

Rogers seems a bit limited by his environment. He has nothing to ricochet his shield off of. All he can do with it is charge SE with the shield blocking a barrage of bullets and force a close quarters fight with SE's blades.

If that is true, it is not a neutral battlefield right?

I think the current area favors Captain America. Starting on a bridge implies an obvious, straight linear trajectory for his shield throw. Snake Eyes will have to jump off the bridge to avoid it, giving Cap the high ground advantage, or jump really high, giving Cap time to rush him.
Also, I think his Shield is a much better weapon than a Katana and an Uzi/Colt.

Dane: Lol.... Or jump over the shield throw and be between Rogers and the shield while still armed with machine guns. He can also fire when jumping to keep Rogers at bay.

Erik-El since when has Rogers had trouble dodging bullets without his shield?
