I had to vote Supes. Mostly because I've seen him put out damage on a scale that I have not seen from CM... So I guess it comes down to how long Clark can absorb punishment before he takes the gloves off and lets loose.

Clark has no resistance to magic. Well then iv heard wrong He did gain some resistance by Phantom Stranger to fight, Arion. But that was a long time ago. 2008. And it vanished after the battle because it was only temporary. |

The only real magic Billy uses is Zeus' lightning bolt. Which for me should burn right through Clark's body since he's vulnerable to magic. And that is Zeus' bolt of lightning. So it should be very powerful considering he's skyfather level. Right?

Captain Marvel is not Sky-Father level, his bolt is not.
And Superman has resisted magic on the level of Captain marvel countless times. He's a better fighter and more experienced.

I don't read much of Wonder Woman, and that's where Zeus comes into play. And am not too familiar with the skyfather concept. I just know that it's around Darkseid levels.
Black Adam and Captain Marvel are equal in power. Just their personalities are different. Because Post-Crisis, there isn't a lot of great feats for him. So I tend to use Black Adams feats as a way of bringing Captain Marvel's powers across.

Captain Marvel is not Sky-Father level, his bolt is not. I didn't say he was. I said Zeus is. And that is power is from Zeus' bold of lightning. So theoretically, the lightning bolt should do great damage. I know. I was just saying, the way he sometimes shrugs off the lightning bolt, it shouldn't really happen. However it is comics. |

The source of Captain Marvel's Magic is the Rock of Ages through the wizard Shazam whom channels the power to Captain Marvel through the names of the lords of Magic. The bolt is a power conferred by the name conjuration of the Wizard's name, not Zeus's own lightning bolt. It's magic from the rock of Ages. Subtle distinction but important. Zeus's bolts are a lot more powerful then Captain Marvel's |

I know this. Shazam channels it to Billy. The lightning bolt is still Zeus'. I remember reading a while back, Billy saying something about summoning Zeus' lightning bolt. I just can recall where I read it. That's gonna do my head in now.
I'll have a look around for it.
