I don't know Jason enough to be able to call this one, but I'm interested to see what everyone else says.

I would say Jason. Ollie is kind of mediocre.

Jason almost beat Ollie while he was playing with him during Under the Hood. In a serious fight, Jason should easily take him.

Ollie already schooled Jason after his training with Natas.

Ollie already schooled Jason after his training with Natas. Really? Ollie got some type of fighting skill upgrade?

He's never been a bad fighter. He just has the bad luck of hanging around Batman and dating Black Canary who both make him look like a chump by comparison.

Yeah, he spend one year away from Coast City so he could train himself with the finest martial art masters in the world, and afterwards he hired Natas, the man who taught Deathstroke nearly everything he knows to teach him as well. It was quite the upgrade, he ended up being a master swordsman, as a result.

In all fairness, Todd's primary method of combat isn't exactly using a sword (pretty certain that's the only time I've seen pre-52 use one). What has Ollie done with standard h2h so we can compare/contrast with Todd?

Ollie has a sword here, why would he fight h2h when he's a master swordsman? I may as well ask how Harada's h2h skill stacks up to Todd's.

I didn't bother reading the OP. As I asked, I want to know about Ollie's h2h so I can compare that element. If anything, just for my own knowledge.

He didn't really use h2h against anyone of notable skill except for his time training with the MA masters.

Well, that blows.
I'd side with Ollie here. I think Todd would require better gear to overcome Ollie's superior range capabilities and skill with a blade in close range.

I don't remember a second fight happening between Ollie and Jason only the one in Under the Hood. Where was this other fight?

That is the fight that I was talking about! Jason wasn't really fighting him seriously there. His fight with Ollie was like his 'fights' with Dick, Tim, or Bruce. In a serious fight, Jason would use much different tactics.

Considering the starting distance and Ollie's marksmanship I'm going with Ollie here. When he used only standard arrows in the Grell run he easily and often took out marksman at a distance. My fav feat of such would be when he shot an arrow into a anklets gun sight knocking him out with the but of his own gun. His accuracy was also astounding when he went to the monastery to give up violence even though he hadnt used a bow in a while. According to the monks at the time ( the same ones who trained Conner) the bow was an extension of his soul which was why he was able to master the new styles they taught him so quickly( Kyudo and Zen IIRC). He should also win in a sword fight , but if it gets to h2h Jason would take it I believe. Only because as Morph mentioned we really havent seen much in showings since Natasha upgrade.

In a serious fight, Jason would use much different tactics. Eh, it's a mixed bag. You could hype up the devices such as Todd gave Ollie a trap katana and needed to keep him occupied for a given amount of time (as Brick did with Wayne), but there's there's nothing flat-out stating Todd allowed Ollie to take the upper hand in their encounter. Was Todd going all out? I doubt it, but at the same rate, I have no reason to believe he'd win in a sword fight vs Ollie. Unarmed is a different story, but back to the point. Giving him the explosive katana could have been nothing more than a back-up plan in the event Ollie gained the upper hand. There's no hard evidence flat-out saying Todd threw the fight. Are you going to play up the factors? I can almost guarantee that, but seeing as Ollie specifically trained with a blade and that was my first time seeing Todd with one, it's more logical to believe Ollie defeated him and Todd had safety measures in place.
