Arca Jeth is an ancient Jedi Master, one of my personal favorite ones, and he possesses a number of esoteric abilities I will outline here.
As with other EU respect threads, however, this will be different in that comics are not the only source material for Star Wars. To represent Arca's capabilities, I will be posting plenty of comic scans but also quoting sourcebooks and the Tales of the Jedi audio drama. For those of you who are hazy on Star Wars knowledge, let me explain a few things first.
1. Just in case this needs to be said, EU is Expanded Universe. Basically, EU Star Wars is all information and material separate from the movies as well as the movies themselves. This includes TV shows, comics, novels, video games, etc.
2. To understand canonicity in Star Wars continuity, there are five canon classes.
3. As I said above, I will be quoting sourcebooks. I will have no scans of pages from novels or sourcebooks. Instead, I will take a section from a book, quote it, and list what the source material is.
4. For those of you who may be skeptical about my using sourcebooks/handbooks as a legitimate source of information, understand that Star Wars source/handbooks have a much better level of credibility than Marvel handbooks, for instance. In comparison with the comic or novel that a certain section may be based on, Star Wars handbooks and sourcebooks tend to be extremely accurate and are often re-released every few years with updated information. Facts provided in sourcebooks are C-Canon.
Having gone through all that (hopefully it all makes sense), respect Arca.

- C-Canon- (Continuity Canon). This is the basic canon. This includes everything else that is confirmed to be in continuity, i.e., novels, comics, sourcebooks/handbooks, video games, etc.
- S-Canon- (Secondary Canon). This is essentially any information that has yet to be confirmed as canon. It should only be mentioned in the context that there is a chance a given piece of information could be non-canon.
- N-Canon- (Non Canon). Self-explanatory.

Powers
Arca is known for both his proficiency with a lightsaber and his adeptness with Jedi Battle Meditation.
Decades later, Arca became a Jedi Master, specializing in the power of Jedi battle meditation. He set up a training compound on the planet Arkania, a tundra world once immersed in dark-side energy. At any given time he had twenty Jedi apprentices in attendance, all potential masters of lightsaber combat, a skill in which Arca himself had a natural affinity.

Arca: Sit down, Cay. The droid can wait. I have a story to tell all three of you. But you must listen as a Jedi listens.
Ulic: Cay, pay attention. It's disrespectful to fix your lightsaber when a Jedi Master is talking to you.
Cay: I'm not fixing it, Ulic. I'm tuning the blade.
Ulic: Sh.
Arca: Open your thoughts to me. Let my words become images in your minds. Listen to me, Ulic. Listen to me, Cay. Listen to me, Tott Doneeta. Through the Force, you will see things: other places, the future, the past... Light years from here, orbiting a yellow sun, is the world of Onderon, circled by its four moons.
Cay: I, I see it. It's a terrible place. Desolate. (Sound of winds.)
Ulic: I see it too. Creatures live there. Monsters with wings, big as skyhoppers. (Sound of creatures.) With terrible jaws.
Tott: I too see the vision. Is it the future or...?
Arca: The past. You see the distant past of the planet Onderon. Eons ago, the atmospheres of Onderon and it's fourth moon would touch briefly during the summer season. In those days, a number of these savage creatures learned to escape the confines of their lunar home, and migrated to the planet Onderon.
Ulic: But there are people on that planet. Primitive, helpless, they'll be slaughtered. (Sound of creatures.)
Village Man: What's that?
Village Woman: Creatures coming out of the clouds.
Village Man: They're coming this way. Look out!
Village Woman: My baby. It's got my baby!
Arca: And so it was. The peaceful Onderonians were utterly unprepared for these savage beasts. The winged creatures hunted and ate them at will, grew fat and multiplied. The gentle Onderonians were forced to develop weapons of death. In a few brief years, the Onderonians learned the pleasures of hunting, and began to kill the monsters for meat and sport.
Tott: Master, my people—the Twi'lek race of the planet Ryloth—say that war is the beginning of civilization.
Arca: Well, Tott, on the planet Onderon, that was certainly the case. Behold the vision, as the eons pass.
Ulic: I see the tribes pass away. Civilization begins. Tribal culture evolved into true civilization. But, Master Arca, the vision is strange. I see only one gigantic city on the entire planet.
Arca: There is only one city on Onderon. Thanks to the constant threat of the beasts, Onderonian society developed into one, great walled fortress called Iziz.
Tott: In the vision, it grows year by year.
Ulic: I've never seen a city so huge. There must be millions of inhabitants. (Sound of creatures.)
Cay: Watch out! The beasts are attacking!
Arca: Stay calm, Cay. It is only a vision. Year after year, the winged beasts attack the city, drawn by the scent of Onderonian flesh. But the
people develop more powerful weapons, and drove the creatures back. (Sound of blaster fire.) Inside the city, civilization ruled, but beyond it's walls, most of the planet remained a savage outland, ruled by the vicious beasts.
Onderonian Judge: For crimes committed against the city, I exile you to the wilderness beyond the walls.
Onderonian Criminal: No. No!
Arca: During the ages, it became the Onderonians' custom to exile
lawbreakers into the wilderness.
Onderonian Guard: Out you go, lawbreaker.
Onderonian Criminal: No! Have mercy! No! (Sound of creatures. Sound of creatures killing Onderonian criminal.)
Arca: At first, the monsters provided quick and efficient execution for these outcasts, but eventually, the outlaws learned to tame the flying beasts. (Sound of creatures.)
Onderonian Outcast One: Lash it down.
Onderonian Outcast Two: Get that rope secure!
Onderonian Outcast One: Watch out for those jaws! Get that muzzle on!
Arca: A few of the outcasts established themselves as powerful warlords, with great armies of vicious beasts at their command. Onderon became a divided world. A world constantly at war, as both the outlaws and the city dwellers developed more and more powerful weapons of destruction.
Ulic: The vision it's fading.
Arca: We have reached the present.
Ulic: Cay, pay attention. It's disrespectful to fix your lightsaber when a Jedi Master is talking to you.

He gains knowledge of enemies well below a stronghold in caverns beneath the surface.
Within moments the Jedi had infiltrated the stronghold and searched the topmost levels—to find nothing. No Marauders. No clothing bins or half-eaten meals. No signs of life whatsoever. As the cool, blue-white glare of the Voon sun pierced the slitted windows of the fortress, the Jedi stared at each other in wonderment. Where had the Nelori gone? And how could they have slipped off-planet through the constant sensor sweep of the two Jedi vessels that had survived the first battle?
At that moment one of the Jedi, Arca Jeth, had a sudden inspiration. He reached outward with the Force, searching the lowest levels of the stronghold for signs of life. To his dismay, he found nothing. But he retained the strong feeling that the Nelori had not abandoned their fortress, and he probed deeper, pushing past the Voon surface, into the empty subterranean pockets that littered the world's crust. And he encountered...something—a morass of life tangled and intertwined in a way Aca had never seen before.

He employs Battle Meditation during conflict as he and other Jedi Knights fight Marauders.
The battle did not go well for the Jedi. Slowly their numbers dwindled—though they overcame five foes for every one of their own fallen companions. Arca realized then that they had no hope for survival. And as that eventuality settled in his mind, he became aware of the ferocity of his attacks—something had caused him to abandon his training, to shun the Force and rely on his own emotion. Even as he continued to counter his enemies' attacks, he changed his focus, forming an image of victory in his min and offering it to the Force. And with a swift suddenness, the tide of the battle changed as the light side swept across the battlefield, strengthening the remaining Jedi and weakening the Marauders. The Jedi Knights were victorious, but their success was tempered by the loss of half of their force.
