I'm too damn tired with the retcons at this point. Yes, the book is fun, but it's as if Johns can't write a single issue without retconning something anymore.

It's not like I had any emotional investment to the character he last retconned (I'll keep my mouth shut in case you finally start reading more than one issue every two weeks ), but if you already have some prior knowledge to it, it can get annoying.

And excuse me, but I've read a grand total of 4 issues in 2 days. I demand a gold star for this stunning display!

Does Kyle really still has his old ring? Didn't he lose it the second time he became Ion? He certainly didn't have it when he became Parallax and through SCW. At the end of that, he got a ring, but do we know if it's the same one?

Also, is Emerald Warriors any good? I've acquired tremendous hate towards Tomasi during his run on GLC, which IMO had absolutely no purpose of existence other than to back up the Blackest Night. But if there was something he kinda, sorta got right during it, it was Guy. So is this series any good?

War of the Green Lanterns, covers for parts 1, 2, and 3, in Green Lantern # 64, Green Lantern Corps # 58, and Emerald Warriors # 8, respectively. With GLC# 58, featuring Kyle Rayner vs John Stewart, and EW # 8, Hal Jordan vs Guy Gardner.

I'm thinking about getting out of Green Lantern, I'm starting to fight Superman's stories much more enjoyable. Minus the recent walkathon he's been on.

Doesn't Johns know we like to see the fall and rise of characters. Hal is just rising and rising. It's getting boring. It's like being on an escalator.

Sinestro and Nero rock. Shame about Nero though. How do you guys feel about the possible GL Civil War? Whose side will you be on? So many cool things could have been done with Nero rather than killing him smh.........

GEOFFCON ALERT. Apparantely krona wrote the lantern oath, captured parallax, figured out the dimensions where lanterns keep their batteries and something else which is slipping through my mind.
Even though it was kronas actions and his subsequent imprisonment which MADE the oans in to guardians in the first place.

And i love cyborg superman, sinestro, mongul, kyle and hal . absolutely hate the guardians and ganthet ,i would rather be lead by sinestro, antimonitor and darkseid than those blue sissies, they've made so many stupid mistakes that its become a joke.

But that aside, the latest issue was quite enjoyable.Did you read GLC # 57? Sinestro proved once more how much of a badass he is.

I just thought that Firestorm appearing was pretty random, since he didn't really contribute to the overall plot.
But otherwise, I agree, this was a very good storyarc.
