The image makes it even more beautiful than usual. And that's saying something, considering it's my favourite sport.

I don't think Greece is there.

Eh, it doesn't really matter. I love European football as much as I do my favourite greek club (Olympiacos). I was never an avid supporter of the national team.
Looking forward for the Champions League starting again this week.

Liverpool aren't in it. I remember a game against your team during the Champions League, Rivaldo scored and then we came back and won 3-1 and then went on to win the cup.

That match has achieved nigh legendary status here. It was extremely painful because Olympiacos put up a great effort to qualify to the top 16 that year.

It must have been painful because my delight was so high. Soon as Gerrard struck that ball everyone in the pub was on their feet. And then it went in and everyone were hugging people they never knew. Randomers joined in as well. Then we go and do the same thing against AC Milan. First half I was almost in tears. When Gerrard jumped up I was the first one to jump up to celebrate because I knew it was in. Then everyone else joined in. That night had a huge down and then a sharp jump up in ecstasy.
Have other favourite teams?

That CL (heh, it matches Comics Ledger's initials) final embodies everything that makes football so great. Truly a memory to cherish.
Sure, I'll give you a rundown.
England - Arsenal FC Spain - FC Barcelona Italy - AS Roma Germany - FC Bayern
But I enjoy many more clubs from each country without trouble. There are certain clubs I can't really stand, though. Real Madrid, or Chelsea for instance.

Cool selection. Mine are without including Liverpool as number one:
Spain - Barcelona (no one plays better than these) England - Arsenal (best playing team in England. Also want them to win the Premiership because I know we're not. As long as United don't.) Italy - Ac Milan (I was a fan of Shevchenko before he left for Chelsea) German - Borussia Mönchengladbach (The supporters there helped out with our Hillsborough foundation)
France - Lyon

Arsenal has failed to defeat many opponents beneath their level this season. Had they done their job to even elementary degree, they'd be ahead from Utd now. As it is, they got chances, but it'll be difficult.
I like several teams from France without having a clear favourite, so I didn't mention it before.

Who do you think will win the Champions League this year? My bets on Barcelona.

They are the absolute favourite, for sure. Hopefully they'll win it.

With that midfield, Xavi and Iniesta and then Messi. Can't see no one beating them. Only by a fluke maybe like last year.
