Not everyone can be good, that would be uninteresting.
Dr. Fusion will definitely be more mercenary in nature like the Tinkerer. I'll repost his bio here.
I have a bad guy in mind as well by the name of Overkill, can I run two characters?

I've also got a potential villian character if we need more of those.

He does stop those who harm the innocent though, but he might do something questionable like kill enemies first instead of trying to find out what their deal is.

I should probably make a character. Add some more color to this thing. I'd kinda like to have a general idea of how the world is gonna be though. From what I gather it's just our version of a comic book universe. Pretty open ended. I know Nelo's got some magic thing goin' down for the 'verse, anything else like that happenin'? Like there's talk of teams but teams for what? Fill me in.

Meteor hits earth, radiation spreads, people get powers. I suppose it's now up to us to make up the rest as we go.

I'm guessing most people have intended their character to be a hero, or generally so. When I get the time, I'll put up a bio for the villian character I'll use, just so it can balance out a little more.

Heres my bio for this, he is more of an anti-hero. Could be part of an X-Force or Secret six type of team. Name: The ManOther aliases: The well dressed man, the being, the Roswell case Group affiliation: SHIELD, Yakuza Species: Human. Gender: Male Age: Unkown Height: 5.9 Powers: Energy manipulation, shape shifting,Superhuman reflexes The man has been described as "A master energy manipulator". Who is capable of manipulating all known forms of energy magical or otherwise. His manipulation abilities allows him to control all forms of energy directed at him or within his vicinity, this can be used to make barriers/shields, redirected as an offensive ability and allows him to absorb and store any energy directed at him (Enabling him to use it at later points in time). Though he is limited when it comes to what types of energy he can generate on his own; and is only capable of generating electricity and fire based forms of energy. But there are no limits on how much of these two types of energy he can create, thus making them inexhaustible as long as they don't exceed supernova temperatures. There is also a very high limit to the intensity at which he can produce these forms of energy e.g. he can cause his fire capabilities to reach the hottest known temperature of 4 trillion degrees Celsius (250 000 times hotter than the centre of the sun), but he can only keep this temperature up for 30 seconds before he overloads and subsequently collapses, 1 minute and he goes into a coma. His electricity control allows him to siphon any form of electrical energy and this may range from inside a machine to the human brain (Siphoning energy from a human brain requires much concentration and leaves him in a vulnerable position as all his defenses are down when doing this) so he seldom uses this ability. His electrical control additionally allows him to create shields capable of withstanding an nuclear bomb. He is also a master shapeshifter and is capable of completely changing his form. His capabilities are however limited as he is only capable of transforming into males of a similar build to him. The man is also capable of forming clothing around him when he shifts, how he does this is unknown but it has been theorized that it is a combination of his energy manipulation abilities and shapeshifting capabilities. The man has also displayed superhuman reaction time in tests, which so far has shown that he is capable of reacting to hypersonic attacks but nothing beyond the realms of hypersonic. Origin:On June 14 1947 William Ware had noticed something strange in an open expanse 50 km from the town of Roswell and reported it to local authorities. Shortly after the discovery a US army airfield base stationed in the area cordoned it off and obtained everything from the crash site. The public is only aware of this part of the story..... the rest is a much more strange tale. Among the debris the army uncovered a single body and it was not alien. "1 naked human male body was found at the crash site, completely unscathed" was the statement in the official report. Military scientists were quick on the job of studying the man who appeared to be "comatose yet still showing faint signs of life". Before any tests could begin the entire operation was shut down, well at least for the army it was; the Roswell case was now under SHIELD jurisdiction. The organization was still in its infancy but Nick Fury knew that this being would be of use, it was just a matter of time. And time went by; the year is now 2011 and on an undisclosed island run by SHIELD a being awakes from a lengthy slumber.... and he is pissed.... 100 hulkbuster units and 400 SHIELD personal pay the price, surveillance footage recovered from the sight shows the being wrecking havoc on the island. Fury is furious about this outcome, but he sees a glint of hope in the footage. The being shows to be in a mad rage, essentially not in control of himself. But this rage soon dissipates and he realizes his actions, and in his eyes there is the look of horror and the realization of what he has just done. The footage unfortunately ends there as the fail safe had been activate detonating the nuclear bomb. 1 week later Fury calls in a favor and gets the X-force to assess the damage and check for the being. Nothing on the island survived, but Wolverine did spot a small circular patch of grass which had survived, suggesting the usage of a barrier of sorts against the nuclear device. 5 months later Fury gets a tip off from Kenuichio Harada (The Silver Samurai) that there has been the sighting of a "well dressed man" going by the name of the man (What the local populace decided to call him) who has demonstrated shapeshifting and energy manipulation abilities and was working with the Yakuza as an outside hire in Tokyo. Though the beings appearance had changed, Fury knew this was the man he was after and from there onward his hunt for his biggest mistake had begun and the man begun a journey to define his purpose in this world.

Name: Raymond Gabriel Codename: Bane Age: 45 Height: 6'3 Weight: 175 Hair: black, very short Eyes: brown, sometimes glowing red Skin: basic caucasian Species: Human Origin: The details of Raymond Gabriel's origin story are sketchy at best. Birth records say he was born in Paradise, Colorado in 1965. It has also been discovered that he spent the first 12 years of his life in an orphanage in that town. Nobody can recall anything remarkable about his childhood apart from his skill in math and science, and a reclusive demeanor that some took for autism. At the age of 12, he vanished without a trace. No trail of him can be found until he was seen 11 years later (age 23) working as a hitman for a drug cartel in central Africa. It is at this time of his life that his superhuman powers are first witnessed. Nobody knows how or where he got these powers. He has a habit of killing many of those who ask him. After a year or so of working there, he once again disappeared without any warning or trail. No record can be found of him for five years, until he was seen performing vigilante assassinations against Muslin extemists and terrorist groups in the Middle East. It was in this time that his trademark katana weapons were first seen. He was at this for only a few months before disappearing yet again. His trail goes cold again for nearly three years. Then he appears again, now back in the United States. Despite their best efforts for the past eight years, the authorities have been unable to pin him down. He has spend these last eight years appearing in every corner of the United States acting as a serial killer. He seems to move from city to city at random, leaving the authorities in his dust just before they can catch him. So far, there has been no solid pattern or correlation to be seen among the victims he kills. Superhuman powers: Athleticism: Bane posesses athletic powers (strength, speed, agility, reflexes, ect) at levels just slightly above peak human. Teleportation: Bane is able to teleport instantly from one place to another. So far, there is no known limit to the distance he can cover in a single teleport, though he finds jumps of more than a few hundred miles to be slightly draining. After teleporting once (no matter the distance) his power requires a recharge time of 4-5 seconds before he can teleport again. Healing factor: Bane has a healing factor that is estimated to be just below the level of Wolverine's. His eyes glow bright red when he is healing. Night vision: Is capable of seeing even in near pitch-blackness. However, this power does not also translate into a weakness to extremely bright lights. Specialized ESP: Bane has a special form of ESP which he simply calls "knowing the answer". When presented with any kind of problem or question, his power allows him to automatically know the answer that solves it. If presented with a problem such as "What is the combination for the lock on this keypad" his power will give him the combination. If presented with a problem like "How the heck am I supposed to beat this really powerful enemy" his power will tell him the best strategy to use, even if he has no knowledge on the enemy's weaknesses. Skills: Bane has had extensive experience in street fighting and appears to have some training in both Krav Maga and Muay Thai. He is also a master of Kenjutsu, as witnessed in his mastery of his katanas. Weapons: Bane's trademark weapons are twin katanas. His katanas have been rigged to produce an incredibly intense energy field localized around the blade. This allows the blade to cut through nearly any substance by burning/melting through it as it cuts. Bane's katanas have been seen slicing though solid concrete with no apparent effort.

Name: Overton Worthington Codename: Overkill Age: 36 Height: 5'6" Weight: 143 lbs Hair: Brown Eyes: Green Skin: Pale White Species: Human Special Traits: Dual Personality Disorder
Bio: Overton was born in affluence with all the benefits that come with it. Overton wasn't born with his mental state but rather it came about after repeated abuse as a child. His parents each decided to punish him in different ways. His mother savagely beat him if his room was dirty. His Father molested him if he showed any signs of strength. Eventually his mind fractured and he killed his parents, beating his father to death with a baseball bat and stabbing his mother with multiple knives. As Overton had off the charts intellect, he didn't do so without a plan. He quickly used his father's more shady business associates to siphon billions from his father's company. He quickly then killed his father's more shady business associates, one with a large machete and the other with multiple gunshots. After setting his empire up his identities were at a loss as to what to do until the police finally managed to catch up with him, he used some newly made weaponry to kill them. It was at this time he had an epiphany, his dual identities both loved to kill beyond that they both thought that overkill was underrated. He took that as his name and began his killing spree, he has been imprisoned multiple times but escaped before they could pronounce sentence.
Powers: Genius Level Intellect
Equipment: Overkill built a powerful battle suit that has been split down the middle. His left arm features a solitary energy capable of outputting high levels of destruction, likewise his left leg features a solitary booster capable of outputting high levels of thrust. His right arm features multiple energy weapons of varying types and damage potential while his left leg features multiple smaller boosters of varying types with varying thrust potential. His chest features a single Anti-Matter Core capable of generating vast amounts of energy while his back has several generators of varying types with varying power potential. Essentially, his left side is streamlined and efficient while his right side is haphazard and versatile. His suit grants him high levels of durability as well as super strength, though his right side lacks the control needed to do delicate things. Think of this guy as Two Face meets Iron Man only with no coin and no compunction about killing randomly.

Well, part of him may hire Bane as a paid assassin, while the other may want to kill him. Bane can handle that. He's shady enough to stay in contact with someone without letting them know where he is.
