He didnt look so good against batman in road home. Well that can be explained. First of all, Batman is the one that trained Geo-Force for combat back when Brion first got his powers. In fact, Geo-Force has only had training from bats. Batman therefore knows his tendancies, weaknesses, and other information that could be useful in battle. Secondly, Geo-Force was doing decently. One punch almost took out the Insider suit, which is a nice feat. Last and definately not least, Geo-Force was heavily underestimated in the appearance. He was KO'd by a missle -.-. That and the fact that duplicate Power Ring Blast took him out, is terrible writing. Geo-Force has already taken shots froma rookie Kyle, who was quite skilled with his ring as a rookie. PIS clearly allowed Batman to take the Outsiders for the sake of making Bruce and the Insider suit look good.

The missile blast was PIS, but the pseudo-Power Ring, not necessarily. He charged the suit with Geo-Force's own power. Essentially, he attacked him with the energy present in the armor and Geo-Force's own energy. So, in a way, Geo-Force amped the suit and then was attacked with his own power. Also, the Insider armor is just freaking durable. If not for that, Bats would never have withstand two or three blows directly to the face from Geo-Force. The durability of the armor is primarily the reason he was even able to survive the fight.

The energy in the armor was so low that it didn't really add much IIRC, and I think Geo-Force could survive a blast from someone as powerful as himself. Not to mention the fact he has taken a shot from a GL (Rookie Kyle). Adding all that together, I found it hard to believe, but I agree with the suit's durability. I also found it funny that Geo didn't bother to use either of the 2 types of sheilds he has to block it, dodge it, or meet it with his own attack. They acted like Bruce was faster.
