Okay, I was watching BET the other day and saw there little show on the Top 10 Rappers of the 21st Century and was a little disappointed... so I was thinking... Lets to dis damn thing right... Who do you all ( The Fans of Hip Hop ) think have been the 10 Best Rappers of the 21st Century ? Lets use these categories as parameters for the MCs being discussed... Lyrical Skills, Originality, Album Quality, Charisma / Swag...
