Is this going to be done? I am still trying to figure out what this is. Is it like the fan voted power list on the Vine?

Creator is already making one in his thread.

I think it should be DC/Marvel characters.
Like Tier 1 Presence/The One Above All Tier 2 ...so on...

Yup. Creator is doing that already only he is breaking it up by specific power.

My power grids can describe high level cosmic beings but it won't get that descriptive as I would think that they would all get a Grade 30 rating on every grid (grade 30 being Incalcuable) so there would be no difference between them.
Being able to quantify this level of power (can he only destroy a solar system or a small cluster of systems....) becomes quite difficult. So a simple rating system is easier for these truely cosmic powerhouses.
A suggestion however is to include a couple of clear examples of the beings power level via some attached scans of feats. Simple without to much estimation / analysis. The only guidance should be that these are representative of the beings everyday power level.

tier lists are often inaccurate but if a few of the communities' more respected minds can agree on a list it could be a very valuable resource for newbies. I was going to say the same. Inaccuracies can often be due to the simple lack of knowledge of the majority on certain characters.

I've been putting some more thought in to this, especially in regards to my power grids. I don't want to alter the power grids to try an accommodate cosmic powerhouses on this scale for reasons I have mentioned earlier in this thread. As many of them would be ranked as Rank 30 (Incalculable), I thought to spin out a 10 rating system that is solely for Abstracts / Cosmic Entities. This 10 tier system would have some descriptions of power levels for each of these levels (thats the first hard piece of work) and then we could examine evidence that decides what rating they get (the second hard piece of work).
As already suggested, I would concur that this list should be run by a small group of people who make collective decisions on the ratings (i.e. all 5 vote and it requires a majority of 4 to carry it). Ledgerers who disagree with a ranking can make a debate / argument to convince the adjudicators that the rating needs to be altered.
I for one would like to be the 'owner' for these kinds of ratings (power grids and Tiers) as I feel that is the best use of my input these days and it's something I enjoy.

If I read this wrong, please correct me, but do you mean that since the Abstracts/cosmic entities would be Rank 30, they will be Rank 30 but will also be ranked from 1-10 within, or in addition to, their Rank 30?
Ex: 30-1 30-7 30-10

Ex: 30-1 30-7 30-10 My thought process for this was that beings ranking at 30 for at least several of the grids (key ones like matter manipulation or energy manipualtion but probably not strength) would then be on a seperate Tier system, not connected to the grids directly but in addition to them. As again trying to rate them on various grids would be difficult and to open to interpretation. Listing them on a simple Tier system would help prevent this. So for example, The Living Tribunal might be a rating 30 on Matter Control, Energy Control, Movement Speed, Endurance etc and then be rated on the sperate Tier System as a Level 9 Cosmic Entity.
