Based on those two showings and a few others where he shows cosmic level knowledge i'd say that's right. below PS but above the LOO. I can't recall which appearance in a Spectre tale it was but Spec wasn't going to goad too much in case DS figured it out (he was searching for the Presence). the only thing preventing DS from being aware (accordin to Spec) was his arrogance. Changes made. I Pm'd Sovereign to check it out, to see if he confirms my rankings of both. just for verification

That reminds me. Ezekiel Stane. He has often been said to have the most brilliant mind of this age. With people like Doom and Richards running around, I highly doubt that's true. Nevertheless, he managed to reverse engineer Stark's technology, which I don't suppose is something anyone could do. Due to limited feats, he won't be high up. A 15 or 16 should do.

Alice Hotwire...my final answer is...11. What has she be shown to do ? Well for starters, by her mid teens she had an IQ over 135. Not sure how IQ relates to this list, but some time after that, she became an expert on all things "ghosts" in her world. That's about where she specializes in, and that's also where most of her genius exploits come from, but throughout the mini-series, she's shown to be smarter than everyone else around about things tech like. She's a detective, so she naturally has the know how and insight to out-think most of the situations she's been put into. Like I said, based on the the descriptions of the rankings, I'd put her as a 10, but looking at the other people around, I think maybe an 11 would be more suiting.

Among us ordinary mortals, isn't a 135 at most a 'very intelligent'?

I believe anything above 140 is supposed to be genius level. 135 should be gifted/exceptionally intelligent.

Just a random question, but is Ultimate Reed Richards evil? I haven't read much of the Ultimate universe, and was just wondering. His Wikia page features a pretty scary image of him.

He was not very different from his 616 counterpart, but yes, during Ultimate Enemy it was revealed that he flipped and turned into a villain. I haven't read the last issue yet to know how it was justified, though.

True but 135 in mid teens (when most of us still learn around say 1/5 of what we will eventually know after) would equate to a very high IQ as an adult (unless said character is a teen)

Oh, I thought it was a question about the general translation of said IQ level, not its application to an afore mentioned character in particular.

Spider-Man's IQ isn't 250. Guggenheim is a hack.
