Image 1: Katana seems to be approx 20' ft from her attacker but does she really dodge the bullet? The attacker is using a machine gun or assault rifle by the looks of things. This would be a level 10 Feat. Image 2: Katana appears to be at least 50' ft from her assailants. They appear to be using machine guns and she blocks at least 3 bullets on panel. This would be a level 7 Feat. Image 3: I cannot tell how far the assailants are from Katana so I cannot estimate the feat. Image 4: I would argue that Katana is not actually blocking a light beam from Dr Light. Dr light says she is using light bursts to keep Katana off guard. A burst (and the effect) suggests a bright light burst to dazzle her opponent an d hence Katana turns her head away to avoid being blinded. Image 5 and 6: Katana cuts the arrow from the air with Green Arrow approx 8 - 10' ft away. This would be a level 4 or 5 Feat. Image 7: It is difficult to estimate because there is no action for Katana's action to be compared to. Image 8: Again there is nothing to really measure her speed against apart from drawing her blade and putting it to Geo-Forces neck. A good real world swordsman can draw a katana blade in under 1 second. So her feats range from 4 to 10. I'm not sure I consider her a rank 10 reaction speed person as she is simply human to my knowledge. Based on this how would you rank her overall ?

Why is Katana dodging anyway? Isn't she unable to be touched by any kinetic energy or some such?

Image 1: Putting aside the superhuman movement speed to actually cross the room to get the bow (which puts the entire feats credibility at risk....who was the writer and what was he smoking at the time), he has to identify the card and hit it before the card falls too far. Calculating the speed at which the card falls as gravity takes effect, I would say this is a level 6 feat. Image 2: No feat to rank really. Image 3 and 4: Hawkeye dodges the mini gun bullets from about 10' ft away. This is a level 12 Feat. However this seems very high. Image 5: The imagery of the 2 panels suggests he puts 2 arrows in to the target in 1 panel and 4 in the next. Many comic panels can be showing around 6 seconds of real time (on average). If I use this, it means he fired an arrow every 1.5 seconds. Not super fast so I won't rank it (it would be low). Image 6: This deals with his super accuracy rather reaction speed. Image 7: Multiple arrows agin but the fact tat the guy gets pinned without showing movement indicates the panel is far faster than 6 seconds. The arrows hit almost simultaneously (we believe) so this would be a level 6 Feat if he fires each arrow singly. However he has fired 2 or more arrows off his bow at the same time before (in your next image he prepares to shoot 4) which compromises the feat somewhat. Image 8: Here he turns fast and blocks the soldier attacking. He blocks him at around 3-4' ft. This would be a level 4 Feat. Images 9 and 10: Its not the spinning at speed as that plays to his super accuracy again but the fact that the text relates he loads and looses his arrow almost faster than the human eye can follow. That is a feat and would be a level 8 Feat. So overall his feats range from 4 to 12. Where do you think he should be overall ?

If they are light beams (lasers) then we are in trouble because she does so from close range, say 5' ft, and that would be a level 26 feat and she ain't as fast a Wonder Woman of the Flash

It was Fabian Nicizea and Clint's reaction timing has been stated to be superhuman on panel, but Peak Human in the handbooks. He has also tagged characters with superhuman stats (US Agent and Archangel) as well. He has also dodged kicks from Batroc on 2 seperate occasions, who keeps up with Captain America. His reaction timing should be a 7 as well, IMO. He has the consistent feats to prove so. As for more his stuff, you can look at his Respect thread for more info. thecomicsledger.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=respect&action=display&thread=565

This is just another example of her performing superhuman feats though. She is obviously past human status in reaction timing.

On the Vine somewhere I think. Or maybe I am thinking of some other DC female character. Judomaster. She had an "aversion field" around her that automatically deflected any punch or projectile sent her way.

on Judo master, her aversion field only affects aim. if something is not aimed at her it is just as likely to hit her.
