Seems like the rest of the Marvel events as of late.
Passable, and nothing anyone will remember in a couple of years.

I'll remember the Thanos Imperative. (RIP Marvel Cosmics) Aye, thankfully, the Thanos Imperative is an exception. It is a worthy follow-up to the cosmic line that originated from Annihilation so far.

They really haven't done that all that much. It's definitely not as heavy as it was back in the old days. They may throw a coupla a' "thee's" here an' there, but beyond that, it's pretty much modern English.

Well the right bad guy is part of it. Being off Earth is a huge part of it (the biggest IMO). Writing is also a part.

Oh yeah, those'll definitely do it, too. I'm looking forward to the next issue. Any thoughts on how it's gonna go down?

Thats how I want to end at least. >.> Come on amped Herc one shotting his pops who had just tanking a blast from Galactus and brushed it off? Seems silly unless Chaos King let Herc one shot dad who he was amping. But honestly I think the heroes have found somewhere to regroup without Chaos King hunting them down, while Chaos King keeps going batso crazy stronger as he destroys everything. The last issue, some how Herc saves the day.

Well I think it's safe to bet that Thor will find a way to defeat Glory completely, although I don't know how it's going to go down. As to the main storyline...I really don't know. Chaos King seems to be getting too big for anyone under abstract level to deal with...even Herc. Either some abstract gets in on the action, or Herc finds a way to defeat CK, possibly by sacrificing himself. It sounds similar to Thanos Imperative if you think about it. But that's just my thoughts. What do you think?

I've gotta imagine that Herc has something do to with defeating the Chaos King as well. My guess is he is going to do and/or lose his new powers somehow (a la Rune King Thor).

You know, I've seen a lot of complaints on the vine too about how Galactus should one shot this guy and how Pak is making him job and stuff, and I don't really see it. I mean if this guy has already been defined as antithesis of Eternity (along with a thousand other beings, but we'll let that slide) then Galactus would be kinda out of his ball park. I really don't see a problem with him having to work against Mikaboshi. Granted, he hasn't done anything awesome yet, but the series is still young, have patience.

Wasn't that because he had a connection with the Ultimate Nullifier Abraxas couldn't override? Abraxas did kill a ton of alternate Galacti...

Yeah, but Abraxas didn't walk over him prior to that, either. No reason for Galactus not to Ultimate Nullify Mikaboshi's @ss, either. Supposedly, Galactus of 616 is the first, and most powerful of them all. That, and the others were used to show how powerful Abraxas was.
Try not to take much of it at heart, it was written by Jeph Loeb.
