Cyber's probably a bit too demented to work in any team.
and the twist will always be "Mystique betrays the team"

Cyber also has another minor problem that would hinder his cooperation with any team, currently.
He's dead.

I imagine that if we're talking about a Secret Six analog that they'd do what the Secret Six do...which is kind of save the world/fight other villains, what have you. That makes it sort of difficult. I'm also picking a random roster from different incarnations of the Secret Six [especially since there's kind of twelve people in the current rosters].
Catman: Erik Killmonger The character is obscure enough, IMO. Misguided in his previous efforts, has the possibility to do good in the future, I think. I honestly thought Alyosha Kravinoff fit best, but seeing as how he went crazy post-Beyond!...and Ana probably killed him in the Savage Land.
Deadshot: Taskmaster A lot of people would say Bullseye due to the accuracy thing, but uncanny accuracy aside Taskmaster would fit best. Not only is he somewhat similar to Deadshot, he has a moral ambiguity factor that could mirror Deadshot's. Deadshot is seen doing good whether it be forced or for some other reason. That's something Bullseye wouldn't do, he isn't going to do good for any other reason unless he's forced or paid to.
Cheshire: Lady Bullseye Simply because she's sly enough to betray the team at a later juncture. Both are skilled assassins, as well.
Bane: The Kingpin Both bruisers, but both of their biggest strengths are possibly their brain over their brawn. Though why the Kingpin would operate alongside the rest of the Secret Six would be iffy to come up with due to a number of reasons.
Scandal Savage: Carmilla Black Both daughters of downright evil-doers. They also wear similar masks. Trained to be assassins due to their lineage. Among other crap they have in common. Neither are really villains but are or have been. Carmilla just seems younger all-in-all.
Knockout: Thundra She's from another planet, the other's from another time. They're both super-strong, they're both women, they both punch things. I felt like I've put too much thought into this and I want to stop typing now.
