If you believe the Ledger is slow at times or you wish there was a bigger variety of debates going on, don't just complain-- help do something about it! Act as a talent scout...Invite your friends or seek out impressive members on other forums/social media networks and extend a humble invite to them.
Not to act too elitist, but let's face it, that's kind of our goal. Please keep in mind we're trying to avoid trolls and, to put it politely, those with a limited mental capacity when it comes to comics ;D

Yeah, it can be a bit slow at times here but it is understandable. I mean the site is still pretty new and it doesn't have that many members yet.

Also invite these new members at times that are busy:) They're more likely to stick around if they get to partake in some really good discussion and such. It's busy basically at the same times every day so know that and plan around it if you can

I don't know any intelligent people from CV who haven't already gotten the invitation.

Unfortunately here within lies the problem. if we restrict use to intelligent well-mannered people who have a positive contribution to the site.....thats only 3% of the internet population

I have no issue with people who are new to comics and willing to learn more...It's really just trolls we'd like to avoid. The mental capacity remark for comics applies for both trolls and those with incorrect knowledge who stand by it like it's a fact. I guess that falls under 'trolls' too

What about SC? I don't usually follow people unless I know they're at a decent level or knowledge which SC has and more, well mannered and god interests. I think SC will be a good fit here.

If you're already on this website, that means someone in the staff trusts your judgement. Feel free to reach out

Honestly lets just get them here and thin them out later ;P I am down with this. Seriously, this site was made not because we were disgruntled by the number of trolls on CV, but because the staff wasn't doing anything about it. As long as we do our jobs and toss morons out the back, I see no problem with keeping the front door wide open.

I aksed like 2 members of KMC that I really liked. I think I brought Bentley here from KMC and he has always been a good contributor.
