Geoff is my favourite writer, but I believe Grant is a better one.

Grant all the way for me.
With that said, I do thing they both have their weaknesses. Morrison is not as good at weaving an on going story the way Johns is. Johns can take a title and keep it going indefinitely, introducing new plots as it goes and keeping it interesting all the way. Morrison's work always leads to a grand finale after which he needs another big idea to keep it going. So basically, it depends what kind story you're going for.

I'll take Morrison, I'm not really into Green Lantern but Flash Rebirth was pretty good.

Both are among my favorites. I'll pick Morrison for originality and ability to not generate a ret-con every third page

I think quite a few of Geoff's non-Lantern stories get overlooked.
Avengers Red Zone, Superman and The Legion of Super-Heroes, Superman:Brainiac and other works.

I liked Action Comics: Last Son; Superman & Legion of Superheroes,Teen Titans (excluding Titans Tomorrow arc) and Sinestro Corps.
