Is there going to be a Flash Live Action Movie? It is in development. The script has been turned in and is waiting to be greenlit.

Grodd would be an incredible villain in the movie! I like Grodd but I would worry about what a CGI Grodd would look like. I still don't think CGI is all that great for living creatures.

I liked Pied Piper more than Grodd too. Piper is one of my least favorite Flash characters... I'm definitely more of a Grodd fan.

Nah, I like Grodd more than...hmm, Harley Quinn. No one like Harley Quinn.. I actually like Harley Quinn.

What Flashpoint mini's is everyone looking forward too? I want Kid Flash Lost. Those flashpoint minis are all over the place, there is'nt a single franchise in DC which does'nt have a tie inn. Me personally ,i'm looking forward to dark knight of vengeance, deathstroke curse of the ravager, and may pick up the aquaman/wonder woman and lois lane resistance whatever that deals with superman. there's also one for eobard thawne and captain cold too.

I wish Johns would focus on stories rather than events. He is so much better at stories than events.

SCW was a great event, even though that can be attributed to the fact that it was largely self-contained between the GL/GLC books.
Not that someone needed anything else other than those two, and the core BN mini to be completely up to date with Blackest Night.

SCW was a borderline event given that it was completely self contained.

Yeah, but despite the numerous tie-ins, one could simply read those three series' (BN/GL/GLC) and still have the full picture. It's the quality that dropped, not the fact that it was more of an event than SCW.

Well good events should always strive to have their main storyline be contained within itself rather than tie-ins (I'm looking at you Final Crisis). My point was more that, disregarding the scale of the war, SCW plays out a lot more like a storyline of Green Lantern, whereas Blackest Night is made to be an event from start to finish. IDK, I haven't put too much thought into this yet, did that make any sense?

It did. But I simply think that if Johns had come up with a better story, no one would have noticed much of a difference.

There's talk of the new Reverse Flash being Wally West(bye bye Hunter and Thawne),and Wally's "villainy" or motivation if you will is gonna be trying to reverse the events of New-52.

Even with manapul taking a break for a few issues, #18 was still a good read. I think its hilarious that Barry is bartending at the bar where the Gem Cities' villains hang out.
