Now that the U-S government is using Venom as a special operations character, it makes me wonder who I would select if I was in charge. Venom is really too big of a risk, and let's face it, there are plenty of better choices out there.
So, who would you pick if you had to create a 4 person squad to go out in the field and carry out missions for your government. The characters CANNOT be A-listers (they're busy enough as it is), they CANNOT already be a regular member of a team, they MUST be a hero/anti-hero, and they have to be in character. This means they'd be willing to get-along/work with their teammates or follow orders. State why you pick each member and why you believe the team would work well as a unit. They can be from any COMIC Universe. Please, use logic!
Once everyone creates their ideal team, I'll list a set of missions they'll have to go on and you can debate on how they'd act.

Yes, it's for your own respective government. The missions will be international. Just assume your government has the resources and means to afford this team and provide gear/travel/etc.

-Black Tarantula: seemed incredibly loyal to Matt Murdock during his DD run.
-Black Knight: experienced Avenger with an indestructible weapon, experienced with the occult also.
-Cloak: This guy has always been an outcast and might want a place to simply fit in. He can get the team in and out of jams with his teleportation power.
-Speed: Young Avenger. Every team needs a speedster.

Speed is in the Young Avengers/Scarlet Witch mini. I haven't seen Black Tarantula since Shadowland. No idea what Cloak & BK are doing these days.
Their reasons? Cloak would be happy to find purpose and a place to fit in. BK does it to improve Human/Eternal relations. BT does it to clear his name following Shadowland and Speed is a young punk so he does it for the almighty dollar.
