Badassdigest is relaying a story from itsonthegrid that is claiming Marvel Studios is developing a "The Inhumans" movie. 'The Inhumans' will supposedly play out as a team movie, with the following as the basic premise: The movie is being shopped around to writers as we speak, and no release date has been set. This is interesting news after the recent news that Loki and the Skrulls may be the villains of 'The Avengers' movie. If the Skrulls appear, will the Kree appear? Might this in turn lead to some kind of introduction, connection, or easter egg for The Inhumans? We will see next year when 'The Avengers' is released on May 4, 2012!

I fully expect the scene where Blackbolt WTF pwns SHIELD (or was it the US military?). IIRC, didn't he just whisper the word "war?" Someone needs to post those scans ASAP, haha.

I like (see also: completely love) the idea of an Inhumans movie, but I don't like how they're warping the origin. The Inhumans were never sleeper cell world conquerers.

To be honest, Inhumans wouldn't be my first choice for the next Marvel movie at all. And that whole "we like humans so we'll fight for them" plot doesn't make me feel hopeful. |

I never thought the Eternals to be all that interesting to be honest, and they lack a standout character like Black Bolt. Unless someone thinks Ikaris can hold a candle to him.

You'd think that Ikaris could be a wastly superior protagonist to Black Bolt by virtue of being able to, you know, talk. Besides, if an Eternals movie ever gets made, DC would be crazy not to follow up with a New Gods movie. So shut up. ;D |

After Harry Potter is finished we'll see a lot more DC Films coming out. I just would like to see a series linking them together that ultimately creates the Justice League.
