And that the Al Beid were screwed over by the religion and now the AB hate them and Yevon wonders why. Just like Muslims during the crusades. The whole game seems to be played off the crusades. |

Just like Muslims during the crusades. The whole game seems to be played off the crusades. That's not good plot....................at all. It's nothing but strawhat religions (which I hate btw, because they paint all the negatives of religions while ignoring all positives) and "political" commentary via a world where fucking chickens are the main form of transportation. Not to mention being "relevant" doesn't make your plot good. |

I love Wakka! He is the reason I say 'bradda' in real life! Graphics are great and FFX didn't "suck dick." You may have thought it was bad but it really wasn't THAT bad. I admit, I haven't played many RPGs, but that doesn't mean I am inclined to love it just because of that. I like the story, most of the characters, the graphics, the game play, I love the sphere grid, the magic, the fiends. I like a lot of it. |

It should be cheap as hell and while it's not serious like FFX, the gameplay is twice as fun, contains everything FFX has except lots of party members and is inventive and enjoyable even if you're not a big fan of RPGs. Oh and if you feel like shelling out the cash you could get the first two Paper Mario games, which are also awesome (the first having better levels and bosses, while the second has better combat) although avoid the third because it sucks giant donkey balls. |

I have played both PM's and I love them. Well there you go! You should know that FFX's greatest gameplay variation from it's predecessors is one that Paper Mario thought up back in the N64 days. (Although M&S adds even more stuff and is even more awesome in the story department) |

Ah, but that means for me, there's nothing new about FFX, thus I don't really see the point in playing unless of course the story, characters, and mini games are enjoyable.
And for me, they're not. Surprising I know. What pisses me off about FFX and games like it, is how seriously they take themselves and how they treat the player like a retard who can't string two plot threads together. Ironically the only games I find that don't do that are the "kid" games, which is kind of sad really.

The most stupid thing about FFX is that it's like the voice actor for Titus talked normally but the sped his voice up by at least 75%. It's annoying as balls...
