Just finished reading it. It was a really nice issue, even more interesting than the first one. And the ending seriously has surprised me a lot!!!

# 2 was badass. Epting's rendition of Doom's restoration was astonishing.

Valeria's deal with Doom was also a nice twist. We saw them shake hands but we never learned what were the terms on Valeria's half for their arrangement until now.

Yes it was. The first issue wasn't anything special to me but this one was incredible. The banter between Doom & Grimm was awesome.

@jake: Thanks for the exaltation! Indeed, the first issue was not that impressive, but it was a nice start. The second issue though, was too great. Doom talking to Ben in the way he did and Thing's reaction were so amazing. The art even made it look cooler. Seriously though, i'm looking forward for then 3rd issue. I can't wait to learn and see more about the deal that Valeria had with Doom and the reason she wanted it. =]

Writer: Johnathan Hickman Artist: Steve Epting The third installment of the Future Foundation has arrived and it doesn't disappoint. We see the story start to heat up here as Valeria and Doom's alliance begins its preparations. They're going to war against the alternate universe Reeds and they're on a recruiting drive to gain assistance from several classic villains from the FF's past. Among those invited to the Baxter Building include the Wizard, the Mad Thinker, Diablo and the High Evolutionary. Things start to get serious when Uatu the Watcher pays their meeting a house call. The other half our saga focuses on the alternate universe Reeds and their activities in the Marvel 616 universe. It turns out each of them has journeyed to the Four Cities of The Universal Inhumans, Mole Man & his Moloids, Annihilus and lastly the Uhari from old Atlantis. Their intentions here are believed to be honorable by themselves but as usual that's hardly the case. Fury Thoughts: Another great issue form Hickmand & Epting. This series is turning into my absolute favorite Marvel book. I love the way Hickman is using some classic FF villains in this new series and I can't wait to see how it plays out. Next Month: The War of the Four Cities Begins! 8.5/10 GO.BUY.THIS.

I am digging it so far. Good stuff. 616 Richards seems to be the only good one ever lol.
I am really liking Epting's art as well.
