SPOILERS
Things that pissed me off.
#1. The fact that as you said he suddenly doesn't have any problems just because he lives a healthy lifestyle, when everyone else who takes the drug dies or gets horribly sick.
#2. The fact that while in a heightened state of intelligence and awareness, Gennady is tricked and killed by Eddie so easily. In the state it's said that you notice everything, and he didn't notice Eddie? i call bullshit.
#3. That he drank his blood, and furthermore that the small amount of drug he would have ingested, which is a tiny fraction of what it would normally be actually effected him exactly the same as a normal hit. It just doesn't make any sense. furthermore he would have gotten sick from drinking too much blood, and I would have hoped he'd get AIDS. He doesn't know what's in Gennady's blood.
#4. The fact that he doesn't die, he doesn't have to deal with any consequences for his actions, and that he just gets to live a life of luxury for no good reason. He should have had to suffer. I literally had no attachment to his character, which is remarkeable considering Cooper's charisma.
