Under K4tz's request, behold the appropriate thread to discuss all things concerning the prodigal son of the Bat Family, Jason Todd himself.
Let's kick it off (no pun intended) with something cheerful. Damian kicking Jason's head off, for instance.

Just re-kill Jason. His original purpose of resurrection is so beyond lost at this point that its pathetic.

You asked for it, my man. Here's the solicitation:It's Judd Winick, though, not to worry. Jason will likely beat both of them up, then spare them.

The eye roll was at "with something cheerful. Damian kicking Jason's head off, for instance" I said I'd make the thread, not that I would do it nicely.

Knowing Winick he'd have Jason be cornered by Damian, only to escape by using some sexual pun on Talia, throwing Damian off guard and Dick will prolly start questioning his ability to be a good Batman allowing Jason to beat him.

At least he'll have him remotely competent as a combatant

Just re-kill Jason. His original purpose of resurrection is so beyond lost at this point that its pathetic. His orignal purpose was to become Nightwing and be written by Bruce Jones who gave him genetic mutation btw . I know people blame Morrison for the red hair and goofy helmet but not a single writer wants to acknowledge Jason as Red Hood cause when you get down to it, well it just does'nt make sense. And i honestly can understand why no one wants to write him as Winick, who would?with the man's track record at character assasination i hope Lost Days does indeed end up getting lost

Okay now about Morrison i'll admit that he screwed Todd, but after reading though his entire run i got the impression that he never wanted to use Todd only the Red Hood. The whole arc was one BIG clue pointing towards Joker. As for Winick, yeah i hate the Jason sex mostly cause of the continuity lapse. But it's her sleeping with that no name underling who DISAPPEARED after sleeping with Talia that really makes me wanna murder Winick.

Long story short, I like Jason Todd. His resurrection was stupid, and I simply do not care. I enjoy what the character did upon returning, I like how he conducted himself, I like his plan of action, I like that he's under the belief he's an anti-hero when he's clearly more-so a villain, and I like the potential the character holds when it comes to more grudges with Drake, Damian, and Grayson. Examples of stupid writing regarding how he came back and some other instances don't make me dislike Todd, but instead the creative team that made that decision. Sure, he's not the most original character around, but I simply don't care. I've enjoyed a fair amount of the material with the character and I will likely continue to do so, regardless of that being the unpopular opinion.

So....you hate Lost Days solely because of Talia being treated as easy?

But the question is do you like Todd as well, or do you dislike Winick so much that you refuse to like the character? Why don't you like the grudge with Damian?
