I loved Batman: Mask of the Phantasm and SubZero. I also liked Superman: Doomsday a lot. Too bad it's already made, because if Death of Superman was to be adapted to the big screen, that's what I would have done it.
Also, while it's not a feature presentation, DC Showcase: The Spectre was very enjoyable and I felt it captured what Spectre is about.

I've not seen the Johan Hex short, at least I can't recall it. I've seen the others.

The Spectre short was too badass. It was my favorite out of all the shorts, the Green Arrow one coming in close second.

I think I might have been a bigger fan of the animated shorts over the actual films.
SHAZAM! was one of the more memorable ones.

Of the feature length movies, I liked either Justice League: New Frontier the best, with GL following close behind. I did think that Owlman in Crisis on 2 Earths was quite chilling.
Of the shorts, I liked the Green Arrow short the best, but the Spectre short is also a close second. The GA short was just too much fun, though I did like the Ostrander-esque feel the the Spectre short
