No SM I still have the 10 I chose. All of those writers I can honestly say I've never read a story by I didn't at least like. For the majority of their work I love. I figured since I nominated them I'd have to "vote" for others nominated. In my opinion those 7 are usually good, but I have read the occasional work from that didn't like No. You don't need to vote on others. Your own vote is what matters. If people choose their writers and other people choose their writers and 5 people happen to choose the same writer, then that person goes onto the top 10. We don't select from others. OK got it now. Is it permissible to campaign Just kidding SM.

OK not kidding any more Come on guy's we need more votes. Especially for some of the great writers on my list.
I would have thought Denny O'Neil was a shoe in with over 500 issues on Batman related titles, not counting his work on DD, PM/IF, the original DC runs of Cap Atom and Blue Beetle, Moon Knight and Iron man
And My fave writer Roy Thomas, with a larger body of work to his name than almost all put together (and all of it pretty damn good) including Conan Avengers, Thor, Invaders, Fantastic Four, and X-Men, All Star Squadron, Arak, Infinity Inc, Shazam, Captain carrot,
Ostrander with Suicide Squad, Spectre, his various Star wars work, Martian Manhunter and Firestorm etc.
Frank Miller created the definitive Daredevil IMHO, made Batman relevant again and Sin city???.
Marv Wolfman honestly made comics grow up. he's the father of modern characterisation
Grell, anyone who's ever loved a well written GA or Warlord has to love Grell.
Alan Grant Lobo, LEGION, 2000AD, Judge Dredd, Robocop. No one does sci fi better.
Just for those of you who might not pay as much attention to who's writing the books (or have forgotten)

I noticed several users mentioning Joe Kelly. He is good when it comes to Marvel street levelers, but his DC work, particularly when it comes to powerhouse characters, is mostly mediocre.

Always Vic Baby. Renee is OK I guess but Vic AWESOME.
Sorry I shouldn't have assumed that would be obvious from my nomination of Denny O'Neil. His 87 Question series was very good. The Quarterly was GREAT. I honestly believe the only reason it failed was that reader couldn't wait 3 months for each issue. It used to drive me up the wall. Yes each issue was three times as large, but by the time the next one came out I'd have re-read the previous one at least 40 times. The way O'Neil explored the baser instincts of man through his exploration of a corrupt society was brilliant.
