I thought Checkmate (in which he featured in) was pre-52, and then Suicide Squad: Raise the Flag which came after 52. But I'll have to double-check Dragon v2 and Batgirl for the incidents you reference (meeting Shiva, talking with Cassie) since my memory is hazy. I never read Checkmate but i believe it's post-52 I only read the issues Tiger appeared in, I'm a fan.
The series was launched in 2006 so it should be at about the same time. But the time discrepancies between the issues Tiger appeared in and 52 could justify his rejoining of the Squad.

I remember that, but I didn't remember he said he met Shiva. I'll have to check Dragon v2.

He doesn't do a whole lot in those two recent volumes in terms of feats, but I'll see what I can dig up.

@morph: It's been a time since i have read the immortal iron fist series, so i can't remember too much. But apart from beating several Hydra guys( which is the only feat i recall ), what has Orson done that puts him on a 6? I imagine being an iron fist, is already enough to give him a high ranking, but not that high IMO.

I imagine being an iron fist, is already enough to give him a high ranking, but not that high IMO. He had a short fight with Danny when they first met, with each stomping the other for one page, then in the third Danny tried to use the iron fist and Orson casually blocked it with ease before stopping the fight. He also had the upper hand against the Prince of Orphans (who is far and away the greatest of the IMW) in sheer h2h during the Green Mist of Death one-shot. He fought the previous Bride of Nine Spiders but it's been a while so I do not recall the result. The fight was likely interrupted. He faced a few other mystical MA opponents during the Death Queen of California, and he killed one of the older IMW when they tried to enforce the law on him before escaping K'un-L'un, as well.
On top of being at least a hundred years old and having the Book of the Iron Fist in his possession (of which he did show extended knowledge in his encounter with Danny, despite not exercising his chi for decades, so he presumably studied it at some point).

Sounds like a high 2 at best.

Did anyone give a rating to the average League of Assassin member?

Sounds like a high 2 at best. He's slightly better than Toomes, truth be told.

Actually, i was trying to remember if he has fought with Danny( i had in mind a few scenes where these guys had fought ), but i was not really sure and i was too lazy too check. As for the rest of the feats, they indeed sound very impressive. Now that i think it better, he deserves at the very least a med 6.

The handbook gives him a 7, but I think that's pushing it. He doesn't have many combat feats to justify such high ranking. Then again, his MA knowledge and training is better than that of some of the 7s, but I prefer judging characters in their own right instead of comparatively.

I have rechecked his fights with POO and Danny. They were pretty impressive actually. But i agree with you. a 7 sounds too much, though a med or high 6 sounds good enough IMO. =]

I can see that.
I got to show you the scans where Lei Kung keeps Namor at bay while he's being mind-controlled (and it's said he isn't fighting at his best due to being controlled, to boot). He also seems to have enhanced strength. He was tossing large boulders around with relative ease.
