I don't think he'll die. It doesn't seem like something that would happen in a Shonen anime this popular.

I think Madra=Danzo and He will face a Naruto after Sasuke and him fight and Sasuke is hurt badly/dies. Naruto then becomes hokage

Danzo's been dead for a while.

That doesn't mean they could be the same person, as he could have faked it. also, the both cover the opposite eye and have similar hair.

If your talking about Madara, hes been around before the Leaf even existed.

Danzo, while old, isnt that old. Both him and Sarutobi were around the same age as they competed to become Hokage.
Danzo even had a flashback of this before he croaked(Generally if your having a flash back if character looks like they are dieing, theres a good chance they will kick the bucket in Naruto, since it's happened for nearly everyone that has died thus far.)

Danzo popping back up, after exhausting his Sharingan arm he snatched from Itachi's best buddy shisui along with his sharingan, it's unlikely we are going to have a plot twist of him comming back to life after like a 100 chapters of him being dead. It would be unpredictable, but it would cause a lot of plot holes that would need to be explained. Like why Danzo would have an inner monologue worrying about himself or why Madara would have his own inner monologue about Danzo as Sasuke faught him.

Obito has also been dead for a while.
Doesn't get much deader then having a boulder in your eye socket crushing the majority of your body as you have someone cut your eye out and give it to Kakashi.

He's a Kage, thats pretty much the major reason he's going to be higher up above Kakashi in terms of any shinobi army.
