Felt like a mix of Death Note and Gundum for me. Except I felt the main character was actually a genuine hero in this(something I didn't get from Light)

Lelouch played it through like a perfect gentleman and despite gaining the immense power he had by the end of the series, he stayed absolutely true to his original goal. I'd elaborate but I don't want to give away spoiler to what I thought was a nice story.  |

Lelouch > Light IMO. He's generally more heroic, although he still has his darker moments.

Lelouch > Light IMO. He's generally more heroic, although he still has his darker moments. Thats partly because Lelouch did a lot of bad things to finish off his plans. Although we never saw Lelouch standing over his enemies graves yelling how he beat them while laughing at them. Light was having a massive ego trip after a certain point in the plot. |

I loved the complexity of Light's character. He was more interesting imo, but I like Lelouch too. No reason to pick favorites, not like either crack my top 100..  |
