Now that all of the information has been released, would you have handled the relaunch any differently? You're the CEO of DC comics with final say over all of the choices. What titles do you keep? What creative team is on-board? What characters are in the team titles? Do all characters get a redesign, and if so, how do they look? Who gets a complete reboot and who is only revamped? Who gets left in the dust, never to appear in DC comics again? Share the details!

On a serious note, I'd erase the last few years of Green Lantern universe and retooled it to once again be about a peace keeping/police organization in Space with emphasis on its cosmicness. I'd keep Hal, but boot Geof Johns and Peter Tomasi far the hell away.
I'd give Diana her life back, maybe remove her from Themyscira, and establish Circe as her arch enemy.
I'd boot Cyborg of the JLA and replace him with Orion. ;D
I'd undo most of the retarded costume changes the reboot has brought on.
I'd cancel some of the sillier books like Blackhawks, OMAC and red lanterns, and replace them with books on high profile magic characters, JSA (written by Johns) and New Gods.
I'd completely separate Wildstorm.
That's all I can think for now.
Oh, and I'd kill Red hood. ;D

I would have done my best to get on board these writers. Mark Waid, Ed Brubaker, Christopher Yost, Neil Gaiman, Alan Moore (not going to get him, but you never know), Warren Ellis, Chuck Dixon, Mike Carey and Greg Rucka.
Sack Judd Winick, James Robinson and Marc Guggenheim. I can't think of anyone else yet.
Put all the writers I've hired or re-hired on comics that will suit them.
I'd create a martial arts team. What Johns' is doing with JLA (first arc set in the past.), put Ed Brubaker and Greg Rucka on that book. Richard Dragon, Lady Shiva, Ben Turner, Cassandra Cain and people like League of Assassins will be a major role in this.
Create a Shazam on-going book and put Grant Morrison on it.
Kill off Hal Jordan and put Kyle Rayner in charge of Green Lantern.
Have a two Asian teams. A sorcerer solo and a super team.
Create a British team. Put Warren Ellis on this.
Create a few manga series that will draw in more Asian readers.

Give the new gods a new monthly series Grant Morrison will head the project and write.
Undo every costume change that's going to be made.
Will have a seperate Wildstorm series seperate from the DCU
Prevent JT Krul from becoming the next Geoff Johns.

Complete reboot. Every character is updated for launch with new look and origin. I do not have a problem with the bulk of the launch. I like the 5 years into the DCNU's adventures with origin flashback issues. Just a few things really:
Superman - Superman would be the most physically powerful being and the most "good" of all the heroes. His origin would be altered so that while Kryptonians are one of the most powerful beings ever, Superman was enhanced by his father so even IF DC decides to go the route of New Krypton again, Superman would still far outpace any Kryptonian. He would deal mostly with global threats rather than being restricted to one city. Superman will be roughly 25.
Action Comics - Action Comics deals with the Superman family; Supergirl, Superboy, Power Girl, Superman and Krypto.
Batman - Batman would not be the prep god he is now. He would be a little more grounded in that area. But he would be still very much be one of the best martial artists in the DCU. He will actually have been at the game a little longer than everyone else so he will be the oldest JL member (roughly mid to late 30s), thus bringing solid experience. He is truly an urban legend and is not a listed member with the Justice League to maintain that.
Detective Comics - Detective Comics deals with Batman family including Batman, Nightwing, Batgirl, Batwoman, Huntress, Red Robin, Red Hood
Wonder Woman - Wonder Woman gets rebooted back to a similar origin to her Post Crises reboot only updated. I found that origin to be the most seamless and complex. Just a few tweaks to update it would be great. She would be the ultimate warrior and her title would deal heavily with her mythology. She will be roughly 22-23 years old, having her first exposure to Patriarch's world as a teen in the flashback issue(s).
Sensational Comics - Sensational Comics would deal with the Wonder Woman family mostly; Amazons, Donna Troy, Wonder Girl, Queen Hippolyta.
Justice Society - JS would exist but since this is a full reboot, I am going to be making Superman the actual first superhero just like he is now. JSA will be a secret team of masked avengers (powerless) from the 40s that actually help inspire Batman after his parents are killed when he is a boy. The stories would be given in two parts. One would be their 40s adventures narrated like old war stories and the other part would be current stories about them training the next gen heroes. Still thinking about how they would be effective trainers in the present. Maybe a suspended animation thing similar to The Twelve or perhaps they just get their traditional powers some time in the present that rolls the age back similar to their normal story. Senior members are: Green Lantern (Alan), Flash (Jay), Doctor Fate, Wildcat, Atom and Hippolyta. Academy members: Mr. Terrific, Star Girl, Hawkman, Hourman and Red Tornado.
Justice League - Justice League would consist of Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Flash and a Green Lantern. A small team to start and could be fleshed out later. Present issues will be 5 years into the announcement of the first superhero (Superman) and the formation of the JL with the flashback issues explaining how they came together.
Green Lantern - Green Lantern would be cosmic treats. Not too sure about them yet.
Captain Marvel - He needs a title.
Adventure Comics - Adventure Comics would deal with pretty much everyone in DC for different adventures.
DC Universe Presents - I love the idea that this will be the springboard title for potential new titles. I am totally using this.
Superboy - Superboy is a clone of Lex Luthor and Superman. The end.
Supergirl - Supergirl seems to have an interesting concept going for it right now. I think I will keep it.
Teen Titans - Teen Titans will be the next generation Justice League without grandpa JSA standing over them. Superboy, Wonder Girl, Red Robin, Impulse and maybe Cyborg. More later.
Power Girl - A survivor of the previous universe along with Booster Gold. Her adventures work around the both of them trying to adjust to the new universe.
Catwoman - Satisfied with current plans.
Batgirl - Satisfied with current plans.
Batwoman - Satisfied with current plans.
Nightwing - Satisfied with current plans.
Red Hood and the Outlaws - Satisfied with current plans.
Suicide Squad - Satisfied with current plans.
Flash - I do not know enough about his relaunch to know if I am satisfied with the plans or not.
