If you were given the chance to turn any single EU work into a live action movie / show, what would it be? You'd be given pretty much complete control; you'd have Lucas' place here.

If you were given the chance to turn any single EU work into a live action movie / show, what would it be? You'd be given pretty much complete control; you'd have Lucas' place here. Very interesting question. If I were to turn anything into a TV show, it would be the NJO or TotJ. Both would make an awesome TV show, although there would have to be plenty of backstory given for the NJO first so that the viewer can follow the events that preceded it. So for TV shows, NJO or TotJ. Whichever is fine. For a movie, I might just choose some of my favorite single novels. There are plenty of standalones worthy of that. My choices for a movie would be: Yoda: Dark Rendezvous, Luke Skywalker and the Shadows of Mindor, or The Courtship of Princess Leia. Addendum: There are several others I would like to name though that I would enjoy just as much as these, but I am trying to condense this list. |

There are cases where a person can only do so much damage before I would have to say they need to go. These are extreme circumstances though, and if you asked me what those specific parameters are, I am not sure I could give a complete answer. Even people who agree that capital punishment should be used disagree with one another on when it should be used. |

Revenge of the Sith, Return of the Jedi, Luke Skywalker and the Shadows of Mindor, KOTOR (game), and Tales of the Jedi.
This is a very fluid list though. There are plenty of others that could just as easily fill the slots.

Well, TP would allow me to read a girl's thoughts and know exactly what she's thinking so I can stay a step ahead of her and give her exactly what she wants. But empathy would allow me to know what she feels at any given time, and you know, girls are all about that emotional crap. Seriously though, probably TP. |
