Yeah, do as much exploring/side quests as you can. The bonus exp can really help you build your character.

Painkiller he's been my best friend for like 10 years or more. He knows all my stories. I've got about 6 months prep time so I'll be in the Bat-Cave working on something. @sm Liverpool, you never have to ask me that. I don't carry if Carra's mum is in goals for us, Liverpool.

No. That's a complete misunderstanding of human psychology and an attempt to make the Joker seem cooler to fanboys would already live squarely up his arse.
