I am in the process of compiling a complete list of every Star Wars comic book published by Dark Horse, ever; then I'll go on from the Old Republic era all the way to Legacy, and even Infinities, in chronological order.
I am a bit disappointed to see Revan does not have many appearances in the comics, though.

I am a bit disappointed to see Revan does not have many appearances in the comics, though. So have you played KOTOR? Everything? That will take a while. I have read several Star Wars comic series, but I have never read everything. There is so much material. Certain N-Canon comics, I pay little attention to. S-Canon is not a priority of mine either. I mainly just read C-Canon comics, but that may just be me. I have been meaning to read Infinities actually. If you are trying to start at the earliest date possible though, read Tales of the Jedi. Tales of the Jedi through Tales of the Jedi: Redemption take place 4000BSW4 (Before Star Wars episode 4), and Tales of the Jedi: The Golden Age of the Sith and the Fall of the Sith Empire is basically a prequel to that which takes place 5000BSW4.

I'm only reading the C-Canon material. I mentioned Infinities as an isolated Elsewords example. I'll actually show you the list so that you may point out if certain works are not C-Canon, though.
Tales of the Jedi is on my list already.

Tales of the Jedi is on my list already. Alright. JediXMan could probably recommend certain series for you also. Question. Are you reading Marvel's Star Wars comics? Tales of the Jedi is an excellent read. Sorry, but have you played KOTOR?

@sephiroth: Kun is cool. I think he may be a little overhyped in terms of how powerful he is, but he is a good character.

No, only the Dark Horse series's/one-shots/mini-series, and certain DH reprints of older Marvel comics, even though I haven't come across many examples of the latter.
Sorry for not answering before, but no, I have not played KOTOR.

Sorry for not answering before, but no, I have not played KOTOR. In general, I tend to stay away from Marvel's Star Wars comics. Many of them are S-Canon, while some, sadly, are C-Canon. I think the only good thing that came out of them, as a whole, was Lumiya, since her character originated in Marvel comics. I love Marvel to death, but they never seemed to do a real great job with some Star Wars comics. No problem. You should at some point. Read Tales of the Jedi before you do though. It will be easier to follow. Now, I played KOTOR before ever reading TotJ, and I understood everything alright. But there are several references that you can appreciate more once you read it.

Since I intend to read every C-Canon comic book, the few C-Canon Marvel reprints will be on the list (Han Solo at Stars' End, for example). I don't like the thought either but it is but a small sample of the great picture that is Dark Horse.
The game is somewhat spoiled to me at this point, I'm afraid. But I may play it to learn more about Revan's history.
