At least Luke Cage looks better now than he looked for the entirety of his career. Remember the tiara?
I also confess my sympathy for the buccaneer boots. Plenty of characters I like use them, and they are just so old school it's nice.
Agreed on Taskmaster, though. His UDON revamp was excellent, then all of a sudden they just dropped it in favour of his classic look again. Can't say I understand it.
I disagree that Cap needs a revamp. He's like Spider-Man. You can't really change his design in any substantial way without him going back to the classic sooner or later.

PS - But I still love Steve's Super Soldier uniform, and Buck's Captain America attire.

Luke Cage should wear no shirt with blue jeans and a utility belt with a LC belt buckle. The Utility Belt will primarily hold two vibranium brass knuckles that have the words Luke and Cage on each respectively but could also hold a cell phone and wallet so they don't get shredded from gunfire or explosions. He can also wear a necklace if he likes but that is up to him. When he goes into battle, he just takes off his jacket and rips off his shirt. I really like the Captain America version of Cyclops costume and think he should use that. If he could get a vibranium shield from his pal Storm that would be awesome. They should just switch Hawkeye over to his Ultimate costume. Booster Gold is supposed to look ridiculous so I don't think he needs to change too much. I do think it looks ridiculous though. I have always wondered why they went back to the old Taskmaster costume after UDON. Is it just laziness or branding? There's a Captain America version of Cyclops' costume?

All of DC, come September.
Except for Batman, of course.

Batman needs a new look. Seriously, DITCH THE STUPID OVERWEAR BRIEFS (that's what I'm calling them now).

I prefer overwear.

I'm pretty sure the revamp will see the "overwear" removed, like with Superman. I never really thought of it as a problem because it could easily be explained as extra armor (which is quite understandable ), and the color scheme of the costume is such that they could easily be blended in or removed completely.

But does it have to be so pronounced? It can be there and look like armor, but not colored differently. And Batman still has the overwear in the revamp. I actually like Superman's new costume - though the S looks weird.
