Can Hammerhead defeat Lizard in an all out battle on the streets of New York?
This is Current Hammerhead vs Lizard without his Shed abilities.

I'd honestly give this to Lizard 10/10. While Hammerhead's adamantium upgrades will help prevent him from getting torn to shreds, he simply isn't even strong enough to do much harm to the Lizard. Throw in Lizard's superior speed and reach, and the man we knew as Hammerhead is left a bloody mess in the streets.

Yeah, k4tz cleared it up. I don't think Hammerhead can take Lizard even without his shields.

Didn't current Hammerhead put a beat down on Spidey in recent memory?

Didn't current Hammerhead put a beat down on Spidey in recent memory? He did, but it was in a confined space so Parker couldn't really use his agility. Also, Parker's goal appeared to be escaping, and a headbutt put him down. He can't do the same to Lizard because he's just too durable.

What k4tz said. Current Hammerhead is a total BAMF, but he can't hurt Lizard.

Didn't current Hammerhead put a beat down on Spidey in recent memory? Spider-Man repayed the favour an issue afterwards.

Spider-Man repayed the favour an issue afterwards.I haven't read it since its release, but didn't he just incapacitate Hammerhead via webbing a bus? IIRC, he essentially made a wall of webbing and just had him stuck in position...Correct?

He flanked him, which gave him an advantage, but I seem to remember he flat out beat him, it wasn't just incapacitation.

I could have sworn his webbing played a role in the "bus defeat" of Hammerhead.

I could have sworn his webbing played a role in the "bus defeat" of Hammerhead. Indeed, it played a role....when he one shotted him, he then webbed him...lol Seriously now....it helped him to slow him down, then he threw him out of the bus, i think, and then he one shotted him.

I could have sworn his webbing played a role in the "bus defeat" of Hammerhead. He trapped him in the webbing. Then he flanked him while Hammerhead was still ranting. He punched him off the bus and used some more webbing but Hammerhead was nowhere near webbed up to the point that webbing was the determining factor (in fact, he started using the webbing himself in order to pull down the bus with the kids). Then Spider-Man attacked him and dislocated his hip, which resulted in Hammerhead screaming in agony.
Spider-Man flanking him was more important than the webbing. Not that the hip dislocation couldn't be done in a straightforward fight. Hammerhead actually faces Spider-Man directly, and throws chunks of metal to him right before Peter is ready to make his move.
