Loki would blow people away at a renaissance fare.

It's cool, it's just considering my experience with Renaissance faires. That costume would hardly elicit anything close to excitement.

Evans seriously needs to buff up and stop looking like a Ken doll

All the male leads(outside Stark and Loki) are looking ripped to me, although I imagine those arms will look a lot larger on screen.

Yeah, I liked Evans better when he was thicker.

I have only been to one and it took my friend basically dragging me there. All the costumes looked like trick-or-treat shit. So yeah, this is miles above that.

So yeah, this is miles above that. sure, lots and lots of shitty costumes at these faires. But as someone who goes to a lot of this stuff. When you see the costumes that matter (I.E the good ones). Then this one is nothing special. Plus it's not at all in the style of costume you'd actually want at a Renaissance fair.

I have yet to see a single costume that looks good. Even looking them up online I am getting bupkis.

Well you dislike renaissance style clothing so it won't really help you getting a positive opinion on costumes But real nice costumes are not only expensive but also real hard to find. Just a decent complete costume is several hundred dollars investment.

Well I guess you are right about that. I do not care for Renaissance period clothing. The only time it looks cool is when it is not historically accurate. Hollywood Renaissance I guess.

Well, there you go. I pass no judgement since it is an entirely legitimate opinion. I don't agree, but if you can't like such a style you can't really judge what an actual good costume is within the parameters of a serious renaissance fair.
