Lol. I get hung up on the most minute of details. It's not that I am unwilling to answer, but no further clarification on the issue has been provided, really. That is fine. I just am going to assume that the Extremis is still there, he is just unable to access it for the time being.

He has a new armor for some time now.

He has a new armor for some time now. That is very likely to be true. I do not care if he ever uses it again actually. I just was bent out of shape with how Tony said it was gone when to me, it only appears that the software needed to run it is what is gone.

Let me dig up the scan.

Couple questions regarding how the suits work.
1) How does the Iron Patriot work? Osborn was saying the whole time that they could not figure out how to make a repulsor battery, yet he can operate the IP. Is there a repulsor battery built into that old Iron Man suit. the IP?
2) Sort of the same question for Extremis. I always thought Tony had a repulsor battery in his chest, but apparently he didn't when he had extremis. So how would it work? Was there a battery built into the suit?

Tony had his heart repaired a long time ago, removing the need to have the repulsor battery in his chest. They have been in a direct part of the suit for a while. I believe Norman tried to reverse engineer his suit from older Iron Man suits. Which is why he had problems with power output and the repulsar batteries. As for extremis, what it did was turn his brain into a hard drive and allowed him to plug into the suits directly without having to manually control the suit form within it. It just became part of him.

Thanks a lot Erik. I had a feeling it was along those lines but I wasn't too sure.
