Seems like a downgrade, don't you think? No way! He'd have all of usual godlike abilities... And he can stick to walls! Also, cosmic webbing! ;D

Cardiac, because it would bring him out of character limbo.
Cyclops, because unlike the rest of the original X-Men, his powers have been pretty much static for the last 45 years.
J Jonah Jameson, because the irony would be freakin hilarious.
Some random fifteen-year-old named Miles Morales whose racial status is of the utmost importance to his writers, because apparently that would be cooler than still having Peter Parker around.
Boba Fett, because why the f**k not.
Classic Professor Xavier, because it would be hilarious to see a guy web-slinging in a wheelchair.

NeXus, did you read the latest (and brief) story with Cardiac during Fear Itself?

Harry Dresden. I think he'd appreciate it the most just on a basic level since he's a fan. He'd probably geek out which would just be entertaining. Spider sense would also be a great help for him (though there would be overlap with his wizard senses) and since he's always complaining about supernatural things being faster than him and how important speed is in a fight, having Spider-Man's speed would be great for him. He'd have to be careful about organic webbing though. It's not blood, but it would be as much a part of him as hair or fluids so leaving it around would be dangerous.

NeXus, did you read the latest (and brief) story with Cardiac during Fear Itself? I did not. I don't buy single comics since they're so expensive and I'm a semi-broke college student. 95% of comics I read are TPBs.

Well, you didn't miss much. It was basically Cardiac 101 for those who don't know who he is and his personal agenda. Very short lived and I have no idea if that means we'll see more from him.
