Nightcrawler's 2004 miniseries (anyone know if this was ever made into a TPB?)
X-Aminations I and II (possibly. I haven't heard a whole lot about it yet, but it sounds good.)

Whedon's run and Rise and Fall are two of my favorites. I hear (almost) nothing but praise for Whedon's run. That's a lot of the reason I pulled the trigger on all 4 TPB Volumes this past week. 2 and 3 are sitting here right now since I picked them up at the comic shop the other day. Volumes 1 and 4 should be in a shipment I'm getting from amazon tomorrow. I really can't wait to get started on them! |

Finally got the Death of Superman tpb. I would love to read that. Not because of any real Superman fandom (he's cool, but not one of my faves) but just because it's such an iconic moment in comics. I'll be very surprised if the death of Superman is not #1 on CV's list of 50 Greatest Moments in Comics. |
