Let's face it, we've all seen one version or another and we all have our faves.
So which do you think is the best and if possible why?
My current avatar should give away my choice if you've seen that version.

Oh in that case, I really only care for a Muppet Christmas Carol. Even today, it is a great take on it.

My favorite is the George C Scott version. He is the best Scrooge.

Screw the TV/movie versions. The novel is the best by far.

Better than Michael Caine? I say nay! Dude, he is Scrooge both when he's a jerk and a good person. He really does the character right.

Screw the TV/movie versions. The novel is the best by far. I regret never having read it. Don't think it'd be quite as good after seeing all the adaptations.

I read it once, but I was a kid and I was reading it for school, so I kinda disliked it by default.

Granted, it has been a few years since I read it also; so I might not be remembering all of it perfectly. But what I do remember is worthwhile.

And I refuse for fear of being wrong lol. Let me put it this way. Cain himself openly admits he's never actually watched the movie, knows it horrid. However the beach house he bought playing in that trainwreck is just fabulous.
