Longshot! He had some crazy agility feats in the glory days of the X-Men. But was that due to his luck making his often stated "random movements" and "seemingly pointless moves" just making things fall into place for him or because he was actually doing acrobatic things? Mind=blown No Longshot's agility is more to do witt he fact that he has hollow bones and is therefore very lightweight, plus his musculature is more developed and he is stronger for the weight he carries. He's actually been able to leap a couple of body lengths into the air and do some truly amazing moves because of it even when he "luck" wasn't working. The muscle strength and weight also helps with speed a little too.

I would put Spider-Man at pretty much the top of the list. I can't think of any characters with more impressive agility feats than his. Gambit and Nightcrawler would be a tier below him. Their agility is legitimately superhuman too, but they're not quite on the same level as him. Captain America and Black Panther (with the heart-shaped herb) would be right below them. Nightwing is probably right below them. I know Harley Quinn should be on this ranking somewhere, but I'm just not familiar enough with her to know where to place her. I think her agility is supposed to be legit superhuman, so I'd hazard a guess that she might be just below Kurt and Remy.
Characters like Longshot and Domino are hard to place. It's tough to tell how far their agility feats stem from their instincive powers to just move in the right ways at the right times.

Harley is not supposed to be super human anything. The power up by Ivy was very vague but Ivy said it made her better than any olympic athlete if I remember right. That would be peak at best. Though her carrying around that giant mallet like it was nothing might be a better indicator of her stats than what Ivy said.

Catwoman would be on par with Nightwing.

That would be why I was hesitant to place her anywhere in the list. Somewhat to my chagrin, I still know very little about most DC characters (even the street levelers, which are usually my bread and butter).

Here's a general tier for the rank-worthy characters I can think of at the moment...
Spider-Man Nightcrawler, Gambit Captain America, Black Panther w/ herb Harley Quinn, Nightwing, Daredevil
All other characters I can think of at the moment are either at a rather undefinable superhuman level roughly at or below the Nightcrawler/Gambit level, or they are human-level martial artists below the Nightwing level. Agility is just a really tough trait to quantify. It can't be measured to exacts like speed or strength or anything.

Where would we put him in any of his three forms?

I would think Beast in his fury form would be equal to Nightcrawler or Gambit.

Where would we put him in any of his three forms? Well in his original form (non furry), I would say he equalled Capt America. However I would say Daredevil equals Cat America as well (based on feats). In his blue furry form, I would say he exceeds Capt America but is lower than Spider-Man. In his current feline form, I cannot say as my knowledge of his agility feats is limited.
