No characters have risen to favorites for me. I have really enjoyed Kaine in Scarlet Spider though so I guess him. Rick Grimes and Invincible have always been some well loved characters as well but they have not risen to my favs recently since they always have been there.
Just about all my former favorites have fallen from grace with this year's issues.
It is a sad year for me in comics. Fortunately I have movies this year.

The one most surprising for me was Hank Pym (Owing to Dan Slott) and the Wasp (Owing to the Avengers cartoon). Had you told me a few years ago I would be rooting for those guys, I'd have smacked you over the head.
