Aww.... Low blow man. She was the best thing in Firefly for me. Not much of an achievement, seeing as it's just another typical Joss Whedon product and the other actors/characters on that show weren't that great. Lol. I see we disagree on just about anything television related. |

Know what? Since it's streaming on Netflix, I decided to watch even more and give it a chance...And know what? It has grown on me. It's not a great show by any means, but it's amusing as it develops and there's far less face-palm moments.

I remember not caring for this show at all when it was on air. The commercials didn't pull me in, and when I tried to watch some of the episodes, nothin' clicked for me. I mostly attribute my dislike towards it to me not being big on the Terminator franchise, then I look at one of my family members and saw that they liked it, despite not being a Terminator fan too. You say it's on Netflix? I might give it a chance.

Edit: When they time traveled in the very beginning from the bank vault. If I am not mistaken this show was written with the intent that it didn't lead into T3 in any way, shape or form.

That is correct. The writers took advantage of the fact that T3 was poorly received and decided, "Hey! Let's just say it never happened and do our own thing." |
