Cyclops gets an edgy new suit. Why is Wolverine still using the same old thing? because wolverine would still be badass and awesome even if he wore a tutu while cyclops will never be awesome and the writers keep finding a new gimmick to try and confuse us into believing other wise

I'd like to propose a Dead X-Men series with Nightcrawler, Banshee and Professor X. HECK yes, HECK yes, and HECK no. NC and Sean are boss. I'd like to see them back. Chucky X needs to stay dead forever.

Am I the only one really excited about Bendis bringing the original X-Men to the present?

What rock are you living under? I'm barely on the internet at all anymore and even I know about this. As Bendis' Marvel Now title, he's apparently going to bring the original five X-Men into the present as sort of a backwards 'Days of Future Past' sort of thing. I like the idea a lot because current Marvel would really be a dystopian future to the originals. Jean is dead multiple times over, Hank is a furry monster, Warren is a former Horseman with memory loss, Bobby is an accountant, Scott just murdered his father figure, and Magneto is their buddy.

I don't care for the story. I never like stories that don't matter. The original X-Men can ONLY not matter. You can't kill them and they can't remember the "present".

Unlike a lot of people I actually don't mind Bendis. I do, however, hate time travel story lines.

Unless this reboots the universe, I don't wanna see this.
Of course, I would be behind a Marvel reboot at this point. They fucked it up hard with recent shit. It is not just that it is bad stories lately that ruin or disregard established continuity, it is also that it is really messy now.

Lenil eh? Ferro gon' like. And well, Cap ain't got a chance and Thunderbolts only because I really dig the team... Mark Waid and Lenil together again? Flarking fantastic. It's a shame they are on a title I don't read.

I like Cyclops too. But he's been a victim of some of the worst writing in comic history.

Cyclops is a looser and a douche, him dying foreverwould make the Marvel universe a better place to live in, that is all.

So he's a bit of a hoe, what man in the MU isn't? I am reasonably certain that that is not a function of his mutant powers. him dying foreverwould make the Marvel universe a better place to live in, One less superhero would totally increase the life expectancy and standard of living of the average nameless citizen. Especially when he nearly brought about world peace. That monster. I'm glad we cleared that up.
