You can count on me not making a deal with the Devil that completely nullifies what happened throughout years of my life and erases my marriage and makes me never meet my true love as well.

I'd say without a doubt the best most usable power in the real world would have to be
Telepathy- 1. You know and understand and can manipulate the motivations of all around you So you never get beat in a deal. In business even without the smarts you know when your getting something for the right price and how much you can sell 2. You can make anyone see whatever you want, so while no reality warping you can warp another's (or many's )perception of it 3. You could have whatever you want by making someone want to give it to you or believe you paid for it 4. You neer have to worry about who's against you because you know, and what they're planning
Way I see it it's a no loose proposition. After all knowledge is the real power in the real world, if you can read minds you will know what's worth what and to who.

Biology Manipulation.
1.) You can manipulate your body to have more powers (Telekinesis, Telepathy etc.) 2.) You can heal your body and others (cure everything). 3.) You can make other (friends and family) have powers. 4.) Be immune to all diseases 5.) Manipulate your body to suspend your ageing (This could also be in section 1).

I always thought Taskmasters photographic reflexes would come in handy in real world. You would need however to put you body in top shape, but hey, no pain no gain.

My only beef with invulnerability, healing factors and such is if I get stuck under a few hundred tons of rock, being unable to die would SUCK.
That being said, teleportation assuming I don't teleport into walls would be pretty cool. Or if we have cheesy cosmic chooses the power gem wouldn't hurt.

Regeneration would be the way to go as it grants you so many other powers. Near-Immortality-You can amass a vast fortune rather easily, learn literally everything, go everywhere, and become highly skilled in everything. Superhuman Traits-You can work out for a month straight amassing more and more muscle because muscle is built when muscle tissue is torn and then new muscle is added and your healing factor will just keep adding it. Eventually you'll have superstrength. You can do the same thing with speed, agility, and anything else. Typhoid Mary-If you wanted to you could run around with bio weapons and kill everyone without any fear of dying. Super Orgy-...You know
Why do you think they chose Wolverine to be Weapon X?

I'll have millions of dollars thanks to my immortality, I'll just get bigger doors made into law.

Probability manipulation like Domino or is that considered to be reality manip ?
Life would be much better if everyone had that power.

Just thought about it...if you are invulnerable does that make you impervious to illness as well?
