OK, so I just read/skimmed through Issue #649 and #650. They brought back the original Hobgoblin for 1 issue then killed him for a new Deadpool-esque Hobgoblin?! LOL! What does everyone else think about this? Sorry if you already went over it, but there's no way I was reading through all 10 of these pages. |

Honestly, I was shocked that he was killed off so quickly and wish he wasn't. |

I completely agree, what a joke. I've never read a comic with Hobgoblin in it before (Kingsley), but he seemed like a great bad ass villain. Now we have this annoying Deadpool wanna be kid with a terrible super power (super annoying high pitched voice) as Hobgoblin.

I gotta say, I was all hyped about Kingsley, simply because I didn't really know about him. So I looked up youtube videos of the 90's spidey cartoon with him in it, watched G-Man's 3 minute expert, and read up a little on his bio. Don't remember a lick of it, but I felt comfortable goin' into Big Time with what I got. Then I read scene, and I'm like "priceless." Whatever little knowledge I gained on him really paid off, because if I didn't do that, that whole death wouldn't have been as cool to me. It was right then and there that I knew for certain that this was gonna be cool.

Kingsley is not new though...
I don't think there is anything strange with having a kid as a villain. This is actually something pretty cool IMO. I honestly don't find anything common with deadpool.
So is black bolt's powers, gay as well? I don't think so.
I find his power pretty creepy and something new for the Goblins.

What I meant by 'new' was that Hobgoblin hasn't been Spidey's villain for a while right? I know Kingsley himself isn't new.
The first thing I thought while reading Phil was Deadpool. His constant inane yammering screams Deadpool to me.
Blackbolt has other powers than just his voice. And Blackbolt's voice isn't some sonic scream. It is a damaging beastly attack. They really aren't the same at all.
I honestly don't know much about Kingsley at all, and I think the only reason why this bothers me is that he was replaced by someone who at this point I don't like at all.

That's a good start. I wasn't aware he had the equipment to do something like that tbh. |
