I was all set to get the ASM Annual and then I realized I have to buy 2 more Annuals (Hulk & Deadpool) that I wasn't planning on buying just to get the whole story. I already bought the Uncanny X-Men Annual before I realized what they were doing this year. Now I have to buy the Steve Rogers: Super Soldier and Namor: The First Mutant Annuals to get that whole story as well. I liked it better when the Annuals were just basically one-shots.

Amazing Spider-man 658 was good but not anything special. But judging by the ending, i guess the next one would be more interesting.
As for the story with Ghost Rider, i it was a cool one.
