I was glad to see the Abomination return. Hopefully, he isn't returned to the land of the dead after Chaos War is finished. Even if he lives, they'll have to tone him down back to regular levels. He beat down all the Hulks at once in the last issue. But, yes, he's a classic villain and I'd be glad to see him make it through the event.

I have to admit his newfound power levels were indeed a guilty pleasure and necessary for the issue. But yes if he sticks around he'll need to be toned down tremendously.
One question, one of the obvious betrayals of Bruce by Strange led up to WWH. When did he betray him/exile him the other time?

I'm actually forced to read Loeb's Hulk since I catch up with Fall of the Hulks/World War Hulks these days. Pak wrote some of the issues of World War Hulk right?

He wrote the entire WWH mini, but WWHs was a crossover between Loeb's Hulk, and Pak's Incredible Hulk.

WWH was probably my favorite Hulk story of all time, even with Romita Jr. as artist.

I'm pretty sure I read all of the titles...I barely remember them, though. Surprisingly, the art and writing on some of the H.O.H titles were very decent. I liked how they sort of delved into the character's background.

Never have, never will. I find it quite ridiculous that a man survives gamma radiation and on top of that turns into a giant green steroid, that some how gets stronger when he gets angry. Everything in comics is ridiculous. =]

Well yeah, but then you have Thor with all his inherent powers and Mjolnir, along with Hulk's powers, which entail a healing factor already.

I finished it oday. Pak made the best of it, really. I also reread # 611, the showdown between Hulk and Skaar. Strong issue.
