SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER FOR SHADOWLAND SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER
So, Moon Knight is once again Marc Spector. Anyone who's read "Shadowland: Moon Knight" knows that after issue #1, it turned into a piece of f#cking sh#t, I mean what the f#ck!? Apparently Jake/Marc/What the f#ck ever and Marlene got MARRIED! WHEN THE F#CK DID THIS HAPPEN!?!? Wasn't Randall Spector dead already by the Punisher?! WHY is Marc so willing to become... MARC again!? He killed Randall, sure, but what the hell!? Did he get the sapphire out from the water after it went into Randall's throat?! WHY WAS MARDI GRAS GOING ON!? So much wrong with this mini series. Utter bullshit.

I think it would've been a lot nicer if it were easier to follow along with. To me, it felt like I was losing track with what happened from panel to panel. I don't know why though. I'll probably re-read the mini-series again to get a better feel for it, but still.

Just read Moon Knight:The Bottom. Good stuff but a little confusing for someone not familar with Moony. Gonna have to read it again and then look for the next trade.

I figure this is a good place to start with him if you want some back story. But I'm probably only saying that because that's where I started with him. It was a pretty good run. You get exposed to all his different personalities, pick up on how his friends and acquaintances view him. And then when you're done with that start up on Vengeance of the Moon Knight, and you'll be set. ^This^ I started with the 2006 run as well, although I didn't finish it. I thought Vengeance of the Moon Knight was good too. He's a cool character and there is some interesting stuff there. Some nice fights too especially if you like blood SPOILER SPOILER (If you aren't familiar with Moon Knight)MK beating Deadpool in a sword fight is just wrong.

ckal: Half of Deadpool's appearances aren't "right" anymore.

This is what I hear. I haven't read much of his new stuff, but I'm very familiar with Joe Kelly's run and Deadpool's two limited series before it. I am reading Uncanny X-Force (haven't read #2 yet), and Deadpool has been fine so far.I did read the recent issue where he fights Cap, and that what pretty awesome I thought.
But this whole thing with 2 personalities? What is up with that? And it sounds like he is just used as an idiot character now days with no real emotional depth that Kelly had created with him.

Daniel Way has turned Deadpool from "Borderline-psychotic badass" to "Peter Griffin with guns".

SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER
Wow. Ok. So Moon Knight having ANYTHING to do with Shadowland's ending was a total red herring. Very disappointed. He didn't even show up in the main series after issue 2. WTF?!

Daniel Way has turned Deadpool from "Borderline-psychotic badass" to "Peter Griffin with guns". I'm afraid you missed the "hate train." That train departed A LONG time ago As for Shadowland....it ended?! Man, I'm so behind. My PC at home died so the only time I can go online is @ work.

@k4: ((SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER))
Shadowland: Moon Knight ends with Marc taking the "sapphire" thing (which is said to be the ONLY thing that can beat DD) back to Shadowland and he starts fighting ninjas.............. and then he never shows up in the last issue to do anything. . . . . epic failure. That or Khonshu lied.... but that sucks, because I'd love for MK to have done something, yknow, relevant.

So, did the last issue of Shadowland come out? I read that final of MK's mini, so it's odd that wouldn't play a part at all in the overall conclusion to the event.

Yeah, it came out. He didn't play one damn part at all. =/ Lame.
Also, apparently, DD admits to himself that when he killed Bullseye, "It was all me".
.... but that's in the DD tie-in. And honestly, idk about that. Cuz right before he was ranting to himself about how everyone is responsible for their own actions no matter what, yadda yadda...

I find it hard to believe Daredevil would ever willingly kill Bullseye. He's had so many opportunities to do so or let him die, but he's done his best to save him everytime. With his upgrades, you would think it would be even easier to simply incapacitate him and defeat him instead of, you know, flat-out killing him. They didn't revive Bullseye in the final issue, right?

Okay, good. Having one of my favorites return from the dead is more than enough (Sergei). Bullseye's had a good run and I don't want him to return any time soon.

@venom
Haha yeah... that was surprising how he or the crescent wasn't even mentioned... Iron Fist just cured him in the end lol. The last issue felt rushed. Kinda glad its over though.
Yeah, that was bad ass. I was disappointed to not see Iron Fist in the issue, but MK made up for it =)
