Name: Slaughter
Appearance: Brown eyes. Black hair, incomplete buzz cut. (Can barely see it) Black goggles(Usually strapped to forehead and not over eyes) and gloves. Trenchcoat strapped down with holsters on the outside, and even more on the inside (The phrase "Armed to the teeth" wouldn't quite cover it). Black cargo pants, army boots, dressed for a war. Constantly wearing a log of the words "RIP" on his shirt, under all the holsters strapped down. Fingerless black gloves. Carbonadium elbowpads, kneepads, cup, and vest on under trenchcoat. 6"5' Muscular
Powers and Skills: Incredible aim, enhanced reflexes, enhanced agility, almost Superhuman pain tolerance, not easily ambushed due to combat experience in 'Nam, and a healing factor that only activates upon death or death-dealing wounds He is, and there is no other way to put this, evil. (Really, really evil.) And, he has probable schizophrenia.
Bio: Born and raised in the United States, the man called Slaughter was drafted into the US army at the age of 18. His first mission was to assist Captain Frank Castle at the Valley Forge outpost in Vietnam. Slaughter escaped the outpost before the surprise attack - of which Captain Frank Castle was the only survivor. Slaughter traveled the world, for at least three decades, killing an estimated total of at least 15,000 innocent civillians - and he became a master weapons expert at the same time. The "voice" - speculated to be death, or the devil himself - that plagued Captain Frank Castle at Valley Forge (and made a deal with him, causing his career as the Punisher and the death of his family), has plagued Slaughter his entire life, from birth until now. Slaughter's childhood friend was this voice, Slaughter has no respect or affection or compassion for any being aside from this voice. His unique healing factor, so he claims, is a 'gift' from the voice - along with his superhuman agility.
Character's Motive/Goal: Slaughter has one objective, one mission. Just like Frank Castle. Slaughter's mission is to simply... kill. That's it. He has no target, he just ends life when he feels like it. His goal in life is to reach a body count of 1 million.
(Anyone who's read 'Punisher: MAX' will get the parts in his bio. Otherwise... well, I think they're self explanatory.)

Name: Damocles
Real name: Derek Hubbel
Appearance: normal height, athletic build, black hair. Black, white, and gold custume.
Bio: Being an average citizen of Manhattan, Derek was used to all kinds of crasy s**t going down with superheroes and supervillians and stuff. He was just good at running away and getting out of the danger zone. Well, one day he didn't run fast enough. There was an epic battle between an army of Asgardian warriors and some freaks Derek didn't recognize. He didn't really care either. He had seen Asgardians and freaks before. This was Manhattan. The battle raged in the streets around him, and seemed to be spreading out faster than Derek could run. At some point, Derek lost his footing, tripped, and hit his head. He laid on the ground dazed for a few moments. When he got back up, the battle had spread as far as he could see on every side. He had nowhere left to run... and nowhere to hide from the giant-flaming-gargoyle-freak-thing that had just spotted him. The monster charged, and all Derek could do was wet himself... until an Asgardian warrior came out of nowhere and intercepted the beast at the last second. They clashed so hard that Derek was knocked off his feet by the shock wave. He may have gone unconcious. He wasn't sure. But when he finally got back to his feet and got his bearings, he saw the monster broken and bloody in the street, and the Asgardian standing above it, barely alive himself. The warrior started to fall, and Derek rushed to help him. What happened after this, Derek regards as the most cliche moment of his life. The fallen warrior, with his dying breaths, said he had always had a soft spot for the people of Midgard, and they were capable of great valor and power when given the right tools. The warrior then gave Derek his sword, instructing him to use it well. Then the warrior died. Derek managed to survive that day. The next day, some spell was cast that reversed every effect of the great battle in Manhattan. It was as if it had never happened. Except for one thing: Derek still had the sword.
Power and abilities: When holding his Asgardian sword, Damocles has superhuman strength, speed, agility, and reflexes all on slightly superhuman levels. He is a poweful hand-to-hand combatand and an absolute master swordsman by instinct (he threorizes that, when he holds the sword, all the skills of the Asgardian warrior are transferred to him). The sword itself can cut effortlessly through nearly any surface, break magical barriers, and block/deflect bullets or energy blasts. Derek can make the sword disappear into thin air upon command, and reappear in his hand whenever he wants it again.

I know that bio might be kinda stupid, but I made up half of it while I was typing. I usually just figure out powers and stuff when I make a new character. I don't usually put together a detailed origin story, so I'm not very good at it.

Slaughter's basically the Joker to Punisher's Batman. In that, he is his opposite.... also he's a total d!ck. I could see our two chars dukin it out. But then, my guy would need some kind of prep... less he suffer an amazing @sskicking.

I may have to bring out the tier two characters. Yeah, I'm starting to think I should have brought out one of my lower tier characters. I don't want to be "that guy" who brings out a magical avatar when everybody else is starting off with street levelers.
